                                FOR KING COUNTY

Nonprobate Estate of
                                              NO.

                                              NONPROBATE PETITION FOR
GEORGE WASHINGTON, ORDER RE REASONABLE REVIEW
                                              TO ASCERTAIN DECEDENT'S
                                              CREDITORS
                                              (RCW 11.42.040(3))
                               Deceased.

In accordance with RCW 9A.72.085, I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws
of the State of Washington that the following is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge:

   1. Personal Representative. I am the Notice Agent of Decedent's nonprobate estate.

    2. Probate Notice to Creditors. I have filed and published a Nonprobate Notice to
Creditors and filed an Affidavit of Publication. Over four months have passed since the
first date of publication of the Nonprobate Notice to Creditors, and over one month has
passed since I sent actual notice of Decedent's death to any possible creditor of the
nonprobate estate, so the Statute of Limitations as regards filing a Creditor's Claim
against the nonprobate estate has expired.

  2. Reasonable Review. Soon after my appointment, I diligently reviewed
Decedent's:
 Correspondence, including correspondence received after date of death; and
 Financial records, including personal financial statements, loan documents,
checkbooks, bank statements, and income tax returns --- that were in my
possession or reasonably available to me; and
Made a list of each possible creditor found in my review.

Nonprobate Notice to Creditors, and by Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, I
mailed
 A copy of my Nonprobate Notice to Creditors, and
     A Header-completed Nonprobate Creditor's Claim form,
a copy of each of which is attached to this Petition, to each possible creditor found in my
review, whose names and addresses are as follows:

Name Address

Add List

WHEREFORE, I request this Court for an Order:

      a. Declaring that as the Notice Agent of Decedent's estate, I have made a
reasonable review of Decedent's correspondence and financial records to ascertain
Decedent's creditors,

      b. Determining that any creditor of Decedent not now known to me is not
reasonably ascertainable, and

     c. Terminating the rights against the estate of all creditors not named in Paragraph
3 above.
