   Duties: Part of a Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) software development
   test team that analyzed requirements, composed supporting test cases, and conducted
   regression,    integration,     and    production     verification  testing   of    software
   requirements/capabilities on scheduled builds using HP Quality Center. TFSMS is an
   enterprise system that combines manpower and equipment data for the purpose of managing
   the Total Force. TFSMS is on an Oracle applications platform and database; Cognos is the
   reports tool that is integrated with the application/database. Using Visio created Rack and
   Network diagrams for inclusion with Version Description Document. Worked closely with
   Quality Assurance and Configuration Management using Sharepoint and PVCS Tracker.

SAIC, Operational Test Analyst 12/06 to 07/08

   Duties: Worked as Test Manager, CSS Test Branch, MCOTEA on the Autonomic Logistics
   program; included Embedded Platform Logistics System. Assisted other Operational Test
   Project Officers as required with Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP), Logistics
   Vehicle System Replacement (LVSR) variants, and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), and
   Medium Transport Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Trailer programs. Duties included

  Duties: Worked on the TC-AIMS II contract. Analyzed requirements and business processes
   to identify screens, fields, and business rules primarily in Asset Management, but also
   throughout the application. Analyzed and mapped all Asset Management Interfaces.
   Assisted database personnel and programmers in database development, mapping, and other
   related details toward development of an integrated functional design/product meeting
   prescribed software quality standards. Tested application builds, analyzed discrepancies, and
   submitted Problem Change Reports (PCRs) primarily in Asset Management, but also

United States Marine Corps, Combat Engineer Officer, 08/30/1976 to 09/01/1996,
   Served in a variety of command and staff billets in each of the four elements of a MAGTF.
   Director, Maintenance and Repair Section, Facilities Maintenance Branch, Marine Corps
   Base, Quantico. Responsible for maintenance provided by 207 skilled civilian tradesmen and
   67 Marines. Activities included planning (short term, long term, and Master Plan),
