Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts are regarded as among the most luxurious and innovative in the world
and have won numerous international travel and tourism awards. The company was founded in 1997
with the aim to become a hospitality industry leader through establishing a world class portfolio of
luxury hotels and resorts. In 2004 Jumeirah Group became a member of Dubai Holding - a collection of
leading Dubai-based businesses and projects – in line with a new phase of growth and development for
the Group.

In line with this core essence, the individuality of the Jumeirah portfolio is unmistakable, encompassing

    exhilarating experiences designed for couples, families and friends.


o   Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, a modern and vibrant city hotel situated in the heart of Dubai.
    Fusing contemporary design and distinct architectural features, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel is
    a striking backdrop to the antique beauty of Dubai Creek. The hotel houses a museum-
    quality art collection providing a fresh perspective on Middle Eastern contemporary art.


o   Jumeirah Emirates Towers, a uniquely designed city hotel, shopping boulevard and office

o   Pera Palace Hotel, Jumeirah, Istanbul, overlooking the magnificent Golden Horn, is

o   Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living, London, on London’s Park Lane and

Jumeirah Restaurants is the dedicated branded restaurant division within Jumeirah Group tasked
with setting up and licensing innovative and successful casual dining concepts to its international
network of partners. The noodle house was the first restaurant brand to be developed and is the
flagship of Jumeirah Restaurants with licence agreements already signed in 13 countries globally. It is
predicted to grow exponentially in both popularity and presence over the coming years. Other concepts
include Sana Bonta, Urbano, AllFreshCo, Rice + Spice and The Flaming Revolution, all of which have
been developed by Jumeirah Restaurants. The company also has the rights to develop a number of
