Revamped order form, incorporating unisex items and put into one page.
New items from LW Reid coming out. Megan will investigate further options.
Clothing pool has been overhauled - tidied and organised. The committee wished to thank
Susan Wright for her efforts.
Mothers Day stall generated $1410 in sales, with approx. expense being $250. Some
items left over are in storage to be used for future events. Homemade food donations
without a list of ingredients could not be sold. Good number of volunteers. Unique
Elegance item didn’t match description. Only need to allow 10mins per class.
Fathers Day – suggestion to write to local businesses for donations. Seek items now (e.g.
Carnival Connections). Stall on Wed 29th Aug. Order bags through canteen two weeks in
Approval sought for budget of $500 ($300 for online spending, and $200 as backup).

Tea towel/bag designs almost finished.
Chocolate drive – discussion held regarding suitability of promoting chocolate. Ingrid to
investigate alternatives for next year. Proposed schedule for this year:

Mon 20th Aug Week 6 Chocolates go home (for 3 weeks)
Mon 10th Sep Week 9 Chocolates/money returned
Fri 14 Sep Week 9 Prizes awarded
Sharon to order 220 boxes + 4 bonus.
Prizes: K-2 and 3-6. Winner $40 voucher x2, R/up $20 voucher x2. Lucky draws for
those returned in the first week: $10 voucher x 10.
Warm milos before school very successful.
Meet and greet with suppliers attended and Healthy school canteen expo next Tuesday.
Sally has finalised 2010 and 2011 books for auditing. Minor discrepancies for 2009 to be
reviewed at a later date. Many thanks to Sally for her efforts in resolving these issues.
Donation to garden club of $400 used so far to purchase 2 x square mouth shovels and a
Appeal to parents to donate winter fruiting trees. Need seeds to germinate for summer.
Desperately need volunteers. Cheryl to see Sue Anderson re article for paper
requesting grandparent help.
