    John is responsible for the leadership and management of his executive team as
     well as the day to day oversight of Warrior Construction Management, Inc.
     John’s responsibilities range from financial to operational to business
     development and is the final decision maker in all daily functions as well as
     participating in the hands on portion of any project. With over 30 years in
     business, he has strived to put in place the best team to maneuver his company
     to the next level and to achieve respect and appreciation from any and all

    John started a temporary and permanent placement firm in 1984 which he still
     operates today. John manages five (5) locations with twenty eight (28) office
     staff employees. His firm supports and places approximately 4,800 employee’s
     per year.
    John also is currently a partner in a 50 acre industrial park development where
     he has participated in the day to day operations of the project. Project is
     currently shovel ready with 14 industrial lots with one new 30,000 sq. ft.
     building. He has on the drawing board a new 43 acre site with Hospital & Hotel
     potential on a new major interstate exchange.

    John got his start in construction with heavy equipment, he can operate all
     dozers, excavators, skid steers, loader/backhoes. He has driven fuel tankers and
     low-boys. He started from the ground up and never looked back.

    Along the way, John has had to use his skills to lay-out work including buildings,
     site utilities, curbs & roads.
    As if John didn’t have enough knowledge and experiences, he also provided
     engineering & design concepts with Fiber-Optics working with Bell Labs.
    John has worked and has the capabilities to oversee and perform masonry work.
    In the trenches again, John has installed storm & sanitary sewer lines,
     foundations, concrete slabs.
    John has key superintendent skills that he acquired early on. He is also a people
     person and knows the right people to hire to represent him in Warrior
     Construction Management, Inc.

   After his tour in Vietnam, John attended Mira Costa College located in Oceanside,
     California with studies in Business & Science. Attended Purdue University at
     Indianapolis, majoring in Engineering.
