HEAD, MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY invites applications for the position
of Head, Materials Management, Librarian IV – AACPL’s 15 branches serve
540,000+residents, with an annual circulation of over 4.8 million items. For more

Salary range: From $52,185 - $75,577 (plus longevity pay at 7, 11, and 16 Years)
Fulltime salary range is based on 37.5 hours/week
Excellent benefits package includes eligibility to earn up to 4 weeks of annual leave, starting
with first year of employment.
Responsibilities include: Collection management and development, and technical
services including supervising and participating in the selection of materials, and
oversight of the cataloguing and processing department. See attached job description

Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a Master's Degree in Library Science from an
American Library Association-accredited program, and considerable professional experience
in the selection of materials for a large public library system.
