Registration Desk: Opens at 8:00 a.m. Pick up your number at desk. Entries will be made on a
ticket system: $7.00 per regular class ticket -- $12.00 per stake class ticket. Please purchase by
entry form in advance. (Additional entry tickets are available at the show office). Purchase as
many tickets as you wish – tickets to be taken as you enter the ring.
                                  No refund for unused tickets.

As some riders will be sharing a horse we will run the hack classes and Equitation classes as
follows to try and save on time and they only stay in if they are riding these classes:

Junior C riders will ride the Road Hack class, stay in the ring and provide a ticket to the ticket
taker for the Show Hack class, and then give another ticket to the ticket taker and ride the Junior
Equitation class leaving the ring when this class is over.

Junior B riders will ride the Road Hack class, stay in the ring and provide a ticket to the ticket
taker for the Show Hack class, and then give another ticket to the ticket taker and ride the Junior
Equitation class leaving the ring when this class is over.

Junior A riders will ride the Road Hack class, stay in the ring and provide a ticket to the ticket
taker for the Show Hack class, and then give another ticket to the ticket taker and ride the Junior
Equitation class leaving the ring when this class is over.

Adult riders will ride the Road Hack class, stay in the ring and provide a ticket to the ticket taker
for the Show Hack class, and then give another ticket to the ticket taker and ride the Junior
Equitation class leaving the ring when this class is over.

                RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, __________________________________ in consideration of being permitted to participate in or
in consideration of a horse owned by myself and being allowed to participate in the involvement
around or riding horses at Bridlewood Farms, (hereinafter referred to as the “Farm”), and being
aware of the dangers involved in equestrian competition, equestrian sport, equestrian activities and
not limited to riding horses but including but not limited to lessons or riding in general, and remove
any responsibility to property damage and any and all activities, do for myself, my heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns hereby release and forever discharge the Farm, the Farm Owner’s or
Family of the Owner’s, it’s officers, agents, employees and associates of and from any and every
claim, demand, action or right of action of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity
arising from or by reason of any bodily injury, property damage, or personal injuries known or
unknown, death or accident which may occur and as a result of my or my horse’s participation in
any activities in connection with the Farm whether by negligence or not.

It is further agreed that I will indemnify the Farm Owner’s from any and all loss, liability, damage
or costs that may incur due to the participation of myself or my horse at the Farm whether caused
by my negligence or otherwise.

It is hereby recognized that all equestrian sports involve inherent risk and that no helmet or
protective equipment can protect against all foreseeable injury. I hereby accept this risk and hold
harmless Bridlewood Farms, other riders, employees and their representatives.
