been responsible for. The template may not be expanded however, any candidate having the need
to provide further specific information in relation to their experience may submit additional separate
sheets, referenced within the template.

The portfolio of evidence must demonstrate and support the areas for which you are claiming
competence.

Use relevant examples to illustrate your understanding, competence and experience in each of
these areas.

Candidates must supply a current and relevant CV

Registration within the Faculty of Architecture and Surveying does not automatically give
entitlement to registration with the relevant Registration Board. The formal procedures for
registration, as laid down by the Registration Board in Ireland, must be followed and adhered
to.

Pre-Registration Portfolio to be submitted electronically – scanned documents only to be
included; do not send original documents.
