Complimentary Initial Consultation: Personalized Face to Face Consultation Appointments customized for your
individual needs* (NOTE: these can be used for appointments such as: Budget Development and Analysis, Event Design,
Theme, Color and Décor and Concept Development Consultation.)
Pricing packages are all customized to your event type and your needs.

BRONZE…Individual Consultation….You may be planning a more budget conscious wedding and see the
value in investing in a few hours with a professional to get you started, or you may have hit a road block in
your current plans and need some redirection. Anything from assistance with finding qualified wedding
professionals, contract review, family issues, etiquette questions or design ideas. Individual consultations
may be your answer. Booked on an as needed basis, available by appointment in my studio or as my schedule
allows in your home.
This package $125 per hour
SILVER…Wedding/Event Day services are recommended for day of events. Includes Complimentary Initial
Consultation. Perfect if you have done all the planning and sees the value of investing in a Wedding/Event Day
Director to orchestrate the day allowing you to be guests at their own wedding/event. Additional accommodations
can be provided depending on your specific needs. Relax and enjoy your Special Day with a Wedding/Event
Coordinator at your side handling all your day’s details. A consultation is required three weeks prior to your Special
Day. My staff and I will contact and confirm arrangements with all of your vendors (based on your vendors
chosen), manage and direct your rehearsal/event, 2 hours for your ceremony/event (along with the officiant) and 1
hour walk through and finalization for your reception to ensure that everything is organized to your plans.
This package $200 - $700
GOLD…Next Level services are recommended if you want the advice of a seasoned Planner 6-9 months prior to
the event. Includes Complimentary Initial Consultation. Services include but are not limited to the following based
on your specific needs. As your Planner, I will guide you in choosing all of your venues and vendors for the
church/event and reception site, invitations, florist, photographer, ideographic, music, caterer and more. After
determining exactly what kind of event you’re dreaming of and guiding you toward the best plan, I will determine
the availability, recommend and arrange for you and quality vendors who fit your needs and budget. After your
meetings, my staff and I will follow up with each vendor. Unlimited access to planning questions answered by a
Platinum Design & Eventz professional consultant via email (except on Sundays and holidays.) We will follow through
on all details, review contracts, and coordinate deposits (you will make payments directly to vendor), and manage
and direct your rehearsal and reception. I’ll ensure that everyone knows where they are to be and when, and
coordinate the ceremony and reception according to your plans.
This package $450 - $1100
PLATINUM…Wedding Consulting, Designing and Coordination services are recommended if you want
the advice and guidance of a seasoned Planner 9-12 months prior to the event. Includes Complimentary
Initial Consultation. Service include but are not limited to the following based on your specific needs.
Includes all of the services of the Individual, Wedding Day/Event and Next Level services, in addition to my
attendance at all of the vendor meetings as the Planner with selected wedding/event professionals.
Unlimited access to planning questions answered by a Platinum Design & Eventz professional consultant via
phone contact or email (except Sunday and holidays.) Recommendations of our preferred top wedding
professionals, selected to fit your specific needs, taste, personality and budget. This includes, but is not
limited to, photographer, videographer, florist, baker, music services and transportation. Assistance with
menu selection and attendance at final tasting. Assistance in the planning of your honeymoon. My staff or I
will provide information to obtain marriage license, wedding day “wake up” call, transport wedding/events
gifts to reception/venue location and provide the guest of honor with a stress-free day!
This package $600 - $2500
Destination Services…I design and coordinate local destination services, ranging from a
secluded bed and breakfast or a private estate to an upscale hotel. My Destination services are often
covered by my ALA Carte service tiers.
Honeymoon/Sweetheart Suite Décor’ (glowing candles, fragrance, flowers, romantic music, sprinkling rose
petals, bubble baths, choice of chocolates strawberries, chocolate or fresh fruit, sparkling Moet champagne
and flutes with wine chiller and lite snacks. Monogrammed robes. (Hotel fee not included)
Out of respect for my local clients, destination coordination and travel is on a limited reserved only
basis. Travel fees included but for up to 25 miles within my location. Additional fee may be required
for travel over 25 miles.

ALA CARTE SERVICES
ALA Carte Services...The following can be included in any service and or not limited to service itself
$250 Mentor Program (10 emails/phone advice and quality vendor referrals.)
$75 Preferred Vendor List
$400 E Planning (unlimited planning questions answered by a professional consultant via email except on
Sunday and holidays.)
$50 Announce the engagement/event in the newspaper and/or sending out save-the-date cards.
$100 Assistance with pre-bridal/event arrangements
$75 Pickup wedding dress/attire and take to ready room/Return rented attire after event.
$50 Pickup deli tray and drinks for wedding/event party (based on party of 10 or more deli price not
$50 Coordinate and book hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests.
$50 Arrange place cards at venue site
$75 Deliver out-of-town guests goody baskets (basket price not included.)
$100 Address and mail out event invitation/announcement/thank you cards (postage fee not includes)
Please contact our office for a price quote specific to your needs as pricing for this service tier not only
includes unlimited consultations but in many cases will need to take in to account, larger numbers of
guests, multiple events, intensive décor installations, site design or tenting.
Consulting, Design and Coordination pricing does not include cost of a la carte items such as invitations,
graphic design, floral designs, lighting or rental items.
