                “FOR DINNER” Menu
                                     ORDERING
    All items are packaged to be easily transferred to your own dishes for baking and
 include detailed instructions. You may select one or more of any item you would like,
or take advantage of our special complete package offer for the ultimate deal . All items
(unless otherwise specified) are priced by the quart. If you buy items individually, plan
 on a quart to feed an average of 6-8 people depending on the number of dishes served.
There is a one-quart order minimum on all items., but please keep in mind that it takes
    at least 2 quarts to adequately fill an average size casserole dish. Besides, what is
                             Thanksgiving without leftovers?
                        PARTY PACKAGE DISCOUNTS
    Package discounts include one choice per color category section complete with a
 stuffing, gravy and rolls from the “Neutral” category. The “Essentials” and “Sweets”
 categories are not part of the package pricing discounts. There is a slight up charge for
  those items containing fresh seafood (the amount is noted on the menu). Quantities
 are based on one quart increments for each item (except the cranberry sauce, gravy &
rolls), so if your group size is only 1-2 people higher, you will probably be fine rounding
                                down to the lower group size.
Package #1       $90 (Serves up to 6. Add $35 for a soup & salad)
Package #2       $175 (Serves up to 12. Add $55 for a soup & salad)
Package #3       $255 (Serves up to 18 Add $75 for a soup & salad)
Package #4       $330 (Serves up to 24. Add $90 for a soup & salad)
Package #5       $400 (Serves up to 36. Add $105 for a soup & salad)

orders must be placed by 5 pm the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas orders
                                 by 5pm on December 21.

Orders for Thanksgiving will be available for pick-up beginning at 9 am on Wednesday
 until 5 pm that day at The Food Company. Orders for Christmas will be available for
         pick-up beginning at 5 pm on December 23 until 5 pm on December 24.
         Orders over $25 must be secured with a credit card number or deposit.

                                           ORDERING
       All items can easily be prepared in your own kitchen, transferred to your serving pieces
        and include detailed instructions. You may select one or more of any item you would
       like, or take advantage of our special complete package offer for the ultimate deal . All
         packages are suggested quantities for your approximate group size and we are more
            than happy to provide you with a list of exact quanties for each item. You may
         purchase more of any one item or add a new item at your discretion. Substitutions
       with comparable items will be honored if possible, however may not be possible. “A La
          Carte” items are subject to minimum order requirement that vary item to item, so
          please call to inquire. We generally are happy to work outside of the limits of our
             menu, however this is not possible during the holiday season because of time
                                              constraints.

The Food Company         offers a FULL Catering
  menu available for pick-up or delivery & we
 provide a detailed instruction sheet for heating
   & serving all items. Full-service catering is
available on a very limited basis however we can
  provide an extensive list of contacts for food
     servers & bartenders as well as plate &
   glassware rentals. We do rent our serving
   pieces on a limited basis but are more than
happy to provide you with detailed information
