               APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT (STAFF POSITIONS)

Thank you for your interest in becoming a staff member at Trinity Christian College. It is the policy
of Trinity Christian College to seek staff that hold the necessary credentials and experience and
express a mature Christian faith. All staff positions are handled through the Human Resources
Department. We encourage women and minorities to apply. All documents and information
concerning applicants for staff level positions should be directed to the Human Resources
Department.

GUIDELINES:
Each candidate will be asked to provide the following information:
           1. Experience and education credentials. Through means of a resume, provide a
               summary of your educational preparation and current and previous job
               experiences. Application forms are available through the Human Resources office
               or on the Job Openings page found on the College website at www.trnty.edu.
               Highlight General Info, then click Job Openings.
           2. Complete and sign the application for Employment (Staff Positions)
           3. Expression of your faith commitment. On a separate page, describe your
               personal relationship to Jesus and how it is expressed through your involvement
               with the body of Christ. Please indicate your church membership and describe
               your participation. You may also refer to Trinity’s mission statement found on the
               college website at www.trnty.edu. Highlight General Info, click About Us, then
               click Mission.
           4. References. Provide at least three references. In selecting individuals to provide
               references, provide one character reference and two work-related references.

Trinity Christian College is a four-year liberal arts college located in Palos Heights, Illinois,
a suburb twenty miles southwest of Chicago. Since its founding in 1959, Trinity has
provided its students with an excellent Christian higher education in the Reformed
tradition. The college enrollment in the traditional program is over 1,000 of whom two-
thirds live on campus. We offer majors in the arts, humanities, social sciences, and natural
sciences, as well as professional programs in accounting and business administration,
nursing, education, computer science, pre-medicine, and pre-law. Trinity also offers adult
degree completion programs in business and education. Trinity Christian College is
accredited by the Commission of Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central
Association of Colleges and Schools.
