Tseung Kwan O Hospital Extension and Ambulatory Block

assembly point at bus station , Scout Path ,Jordan , Kowloon ( Next to Hong Kong Scout
The Tseung Kwan O hospital, located at No 2 Po Ning Lane, Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O
started extension and constructed an ambulatory block in 2009 to support the growth of
population of Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung.
The project includes the construction of an 11-storey Ambulatory Block for the ambulatory
services and supporting facilities for the existing hospital main block. They include the
Specialist Out-patient Clinics, Ambulatory Surgery Centre, Day Medical Centre,
Electrographic Diagnostic Unit, Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic and Health The
Ambulatory Block also accommodated new services, include, new psychiatric services and
magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), day services and geriatric day services.
The program will begin with a briefing of the development and the challenges encountered
on the fire safety measures in complying with the current design codes. A guided tour will
be arranged afterwards.

reserves the right to decline the application if no membership no. is submitted. All
participants are required to wear their own safety shoes, and bring along with their HKIE
Membership Cards. The number of participants is limited to 30 and applications will be
accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. The deadline of application is 1 March 2012.
