Scope and Boundaries
Scope : We were allowed to do a healthy bar or
cookie and we choose a flap-jack. We had a
quite a lot of time to do this and we had quite
a few recipes to chose from in home
economics.
Boundaries : Our boundaries were that we
didn’t have any money so we could only use
the resources from the home economics,
design and technology and computing
departments.
Business plan
The price for our product is £1.98 for 2
bars.
Our expected profits for every pack
made is £0.26.
We will achieve this because our bar has
a new and interesting flavour.
We chose this product because we all
like flapjacks, chocolate and cherries.

The benefits of eco packaging is that it can
