Welcome to the ease of Multi Pay! We understand how annoying it can be for a guest of a hens experience to organise
bringing cash on the day or paying the Organiser separately– too many headaches. We’ve designed the Multi Pay system
which allows you to pay for your part of the hens experience individually & the best part is you get to choose a payment
         method that suits you. It’s Oh-So-Easy! Here’s the low down on how to pay for your Hens Experience:

       What are my Payment Options?
       Upon Booking a My Ultimate Hens Package, the Organiser or Lead Hen has the option to pay the package
       amount in full for everyone travelling, or use our convenient Multi Pay Online system where every guest can
       organise payment for themselves directly to us which makes it oh-so-easy!

       We accept Bpay, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, or Direct Deposit. Your Personal Consultant can discuss all of
       these payment options to you in detail at the time of booking, or if you have any questions please call
       1300339734. You can also find information on payment options in this organisers pack under the ‘Payment
       Options’ section.

       How long before my Ultimate Hens package commences do I have to pay?
       As a guest coming to the hens event, you will need to pay for the package by the due date listed on the above
       invite. Please keep in mind that payments by Direct Deposit can take up to 2 business days to process, &
       payments via Credit Card or Bpay are finalised the very next business day.

       You also need to be aware that no documents, tickets, confirmations or vouchers for the My Ultimate Package
       will be released to the organiser until the booking has been paid in full by each member of the travelling party
       (i.e all monies have been received) & that packages will not be confirmed until all monies have been received.

       How does Multi Pay work & What are the steps to Payment?
       There is all of this info in the ‘Paying for your Hens Experience’ info page above – however here is a step by
       step guise of how payment works from start to finish.

       Step One: The Lead Hen finds the perfect hens package on My Ultimate Hens, gets everyone else excited via
       our easy ‘share’ facebook, email or twitter links, and confirms the numbers.

       Step Two: The Lead Hen calls our friendly team, and the Personal Consultant will talk her through all the
       exciting details, all the requirements, & create her ideal hens package. The personal consultant will then
       collect names, dietary requirements and special requests through our easy ‘Lead Hen organisers pack.’

       Step Three: The booking will be created! The Lead Hen will need to pay a non-refundable deposit to create the
       booking – which will vary depending on the size of the package and group, however will require a minimum of
       $99 – and the organiser will then be issued with a specific group ID, Bpay reference number for those guests
       wanting to pay via Bpay, and direct deposit details (these individual codes for your booking can be found
       above), as well as a pdf (the one you are reading now!) that the Lead hen can easily distribute out to everyone
       involved in the Hens Experience detailing the payment options, what to bring, due date and of course how
       fabulous the package will be! The organiser & any members of your group are of course welcome to contact
       your My Ultimate Hens Personal Consultant further to discuss any specific questions about the special day– it’s
       all happening!

       Step Four: Every guest (thats you!) will make their individual payment to My Ultimate and the My Ultimate
       Personal Consultant will keep the Lead Hen updated on the payment progress.
Step Five: Upon receiving all funds from the hens group the Lead Hen will be issued with all the tickets,
timetables, references and little extras that are required to make the day go off without a hitch! Now all that’s
left to do is don your frocks, clink champers glasses and pack your cameras – You are about to experience
theUltimate Hens!

Can each person in the hens group pay separately?
Absolutely! This is all part of why My Ultimate Hens is the Ultimate place to organise Hens experience’s – less
hassle and no collected of money from ten different places. Easy! For more information, see our ‘Payment
Options” page above, or click the Multi Pay button on the home page of our website.

What if the number of people attending the My Ultimate Hens package
Your Lead Hen will need to make sure you have the numbers finalised before booking your Ultimate Hens - The
Initial Booking Representative, Lead Hen, Organiser or Group Leader will need to provide the number of
travellers who will make up the group travelling on the My Ultimate Package at the time of booking. The
organiser will then need to sort out payment – either as a whole or organising everyone to make their own
payment with our hassle free Multi Pay Online feature. As we will be confirming numbers with all of our
activity suppliers at this time, you need to be aware that if the number of travellers changes after this time
additional fees may apply, and that this may affect the overall cost of your My Ultimate Package Price, even for
those who have already paid. What does this mean for you, the guest? Make sure you are 100% ready to come
to the hens experience, & make your payment by the due date- it’s always a good idea to let the Lead Hen
know when you have paid, just to make things easier for her!

What is your Cancellation Policy?
The My Ultimate Cancellation Policy has been designed in relation with the Department of Fair trading
regulations and also the codes that govern of Australian Travel Agents – & has been created to be fair to all
involved: You, My Ultimate, & the My Ultimate Suppliers. In addition to your statutory rights, Please be aware
of the following: the My Ultimate is acting as a travel agent and that we are unable to provide a refund to you
until we receive the funds back from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. The My
Ultimate Pty Ltd Cancellation fees stand at 50% of the total gross value of the My Ultimate Package (i.e. total
monies) as well as any service provider fees if the package cancelled within three weeks of Travel. If the
package is cancelled outside three weeks of travel then a 25% cancellation fee will apply as well as any service
provider fees. Please note that with the supplier cancellation fees these charges can be up to 100% of the cost
of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Whilst every effort will be made to work with
you in creating an easy transition, fees may also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are reissued.

Does everyone in my Hens group have to do every part of a package?
We understand that everyone in your package might not want to throw themselves out of a plane at 20,000
feet! No problem – you can tailor your package to suit the different requests of everyone in your package, just
call us & we can sort out the logistics! As you are a guest in the package, please speak to your Lead Hen about
different ideas or requirements you have for the package before the booking is finalised.

I’m looking for a rowdy booze cruise, have I come to the right place?
Every Hen deserves to have memories that will last a life time and have the very best hens experience. The My
Ultimate Hens concept was developed for Hens who wanted more than a booze cruise to celebrate this special
mile stone. Both My Ultimate and our suppliers strongly support having the best day possible, and any
drunken, rude or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated & may result in the early cancellation of your
package with no refund– remember, you’re creating a memorable experience, you deserve more than making
your special Hens ‘just another day at the pub!’

When are you open & how can I contact you?
Our friendly My Ultimate consultants are in the office & ready to take your call between 8am – 9pm 7 days a
week, so you don’t even have to make sneaky lunch time phone calls! Alternatively, email us and we will get
back to you as soon as possible and definitely within 24 hours.

I love the My Ultimate Hens packages – what about packages for my Groom-
Absolutely! We will soon be launching our awesome My Ultimate Bucks website at

What do the My Ultimate Packages include and are there any extra chargers?
The My Ultimate Packages are designed to take all the hard work out of planning your hens, so all that is left
for you to do is decide what you want for your special day and tell us! Our packages include all the activities,
food, drinks, experiences and transfers referred to in the individual package pdf, as well as all taxes (including
GST) booking fees & chargers, and travel agent services. Please be aware the our packages do not include
transfers to the starting point of the package, including any airfares.

Why don’t the My Ultimate Hens packages include airfares?
The My Ultimate Packages are divided into Destinations. These destinations are available for you to search
both your local city & also explore the possibility of a ‘destination hens’ where you and your best girls can
whisk away on an interstate adventure! As My Ultimate Hens has hundreds of different packages in lots of
different destinations, we have left the choice of how and where up to you so you are free to choose where
your experience will be set.

What about Privacy?
My Ultimate is as passionate about keeping your details safe as you are. We never share your information with
any outside companies who are not our travel suppliers & never exchange or sell your personal information.
Our databases are specially encrypted and our consultants are thoughrally trained in privacy and data

What does the Personal Consultant Promise Mean?
My Ultimate Hens is dedicated to making your hens experience as memorable, hassle free and just plain
fabulous as possible – which is why we’ve created the Personal Consultant Promise! From day one you will
have a personal hens expert that will help you choose every detail of creating your Ultimate Hens – one name,
one number that you can always rely on to know your group and what floats your boat. There is no extra
charge for this service, our team is made up of girls who have a genuine passion and excitement for creating
your hens & we feel that this is the most effective and fantastic way to achieve this, & that’s why we are the
Ultimate team!

Time for the Nitty Gritty...To ensure a smooth ride for all involved, it is necessary that you, the Hens Organiser, & all members
   of the travelling party are aware of & agree to the following Terms and Conditions of My Ultimate Hens. If you have any
                                          questions just call us – we are here to help.

       Payments & Responsibilities of the Organiser – The Lead Hen
                Our My Ultimate Hens consultants are here to help you create Hens memories that will last a lifetime,
       and to make sure that everyone who experiences a My Ultimate Package has the best possible experience, it is
       a requirement that the Initial Booking Representative, The Lead Hen, Organiser or Group Leader, (whom from
       here on in will be referred to as the organiser) is responsible for and aware that:

            •        An initial deposit, as agreed at time of initial booking is payable upon booking request. This
                     deposit is non refundable and will be a minimum of $99
            •        The organiser is responsible for a My Ultimate package booking and responsible for ensuring that
                     all money, forms and informations due for a booking are supplied for in time by all members of
                     the group travelling on the My Ultimate Package.
            •        The number of travellers who will make up the group travelling on the My Ultimate Package will
                     be decided at the time of the initial booking request by the organiser. If the number of travellers
                     changes after this time additional fees may apply. Some My Ultimate packages have minimum
                     group sizes and this will affect the overall cost of your My Ultimate Package in circumstances
                     where your group fall below these required numbers.
            •        Packages will not be confirmed until all monies have been received.
            •        The final balance for any My Ultimate Package must be paid in full at least three weeks prior to
                     the My Ultimate Package commencement date.
            •        Any booking for a My Ultimate Package that is initiated and made within three weeks of the My
                     Ultimate Package taking place will require full payment from each member of the group, as
                     arranged by the organiser within three days of placing the booking request. This timing is subject
                     to change & the My Ultimate consultant will review the specific timing of payments on a case by
                     case basis and inform the organiser at the time of the booking request.
            •        No documents, tickets, confirmations or vouchers for the My Ultimate Package will be released to
                     the organiser until the booking has been paid in full by each member of the travelling party (i.e all
                     monies have been received).
            •        The organiser must ensure that everyone travelling on a My Ultimate Package is aware of the
                     terms and conditions of myultimatehens.com.au.
            •        The organiser must be aware that the booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received by
                     due date and any payments will be deemed non-refundable.
            •        The organiser is responsible for ensuring that all travelling members of the My Ultimate Package
                     have finalised their payments by the final payment date.
            •        The organiser is responsible for and acknowledges that they are providing details of all guests
                     travelling on a My Ultimate Package, including but not limited to names, dietary requirements,
                     fitness levels, special needs, payment specifications, group requirements etc. & that the My
                     Ultimate Consultant will pursue the booking request and offer advice based on the information
                     supplied by the organiser. The organiser acknowledges that they are responsible for providing
                     true and accurate information to My Ultimate at the time of booking. Any misinformation
                     provided by the organiser that impacts the My Ultimate Package will be at the responsibility of
                     the organiser and not the My Ultimate Consultant.
         My Ultimate Pty Ltd and myultiamtehens.com.au acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel
related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers,
such as activity companies, limousine, and cruise operators. My Ultimate Pty Ltd’s obligation is to make travel
bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. Whilst
the highest care is taken by My Ultimate Pty Ltd to work with high quality travel companies, we have no
responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their
standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by
these individual service providers. Please be aware that a specific My Ultimate Package may be made up of
several service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not My Ultimate Pty Ltd. If for
any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your
remedy lies against the provider and not with My Ultimate Pty Ltd.

Travel Documents:
          Travel documents include (without limitation) activity tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any
other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service
provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without
limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees.
All travel documents are non transferable. All activity tickets must be issued in the name of the photo identity
holder, some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. It is your
responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.

Travel Insurance:
         We cannot legally provide information to you about individual travel insurance policies or companies.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended by My Ultimate Pty Ltd and the Department of Foreign Affairs and
Trade for all domestic travel.

Cancellation Fees:
         We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier.
Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless
of whether travel has commenced. The My Ultimate Pty Ltd Cancellation fees stand at 50% of the total gross
value of the My Ultimate Package (i.e. total monies) as well as any service provider fees if the package

Limitation of Liability
          Under no circumstances will My Ultimate Pty Ltd and its trademark myultimatehens.com.au, or any
other party involved in the creation, production, maintenance or distribution of myultimatehens.com.au, be
liable for any damages either direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential (including but not limited to
loss of: profits, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity, use of data or other intangible losses) that
result from any of the following:

    •        the use of and reliance upon myultimatehens.com.au;
    •        any inability to use myultimatehens.com.au;
    •        any errors, omissions, interruptions, suspension, termination, deletion of files or email, mistakes,
             defects, viruses and other harmful creation, delays in operation, transmission or service response
             time, or any failure of performance by myultimaehens.com.au including without limitation those
             arising from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or any unauthorised access
             to myultimatehens.com.au data, records, programmes or services;
    •        any services or products, information or advice received through or advertised on
             myultimatehens.com.au or through any links provided on myultimatehens.com.au

My Ultimate Pty Ltd does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise,
for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have
no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value
of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any
injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly
or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by
reasonable diligence on our part.

If any jurisdiction doesn’t allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
         These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. As
myultimatehens.com.au can be accessed from other places around the world with different laws from those of
Australia, when you access myultimatehens.com.au you agree that the laws of Australia will apply to all
matters relating to your use of myultimatehens.com.au.
