   Over 25+ years of experience at various levels and areas of field and emergency medical
    operations in both military and civilian environments.
   Experienced as a Tactical Aeromedical Evacuation Technician responsible for staging and
    transporting, via airlift, casualties from forward combat areas to rear echelon medical
    facilities. Flying time was in excess of 1,000 hours and included combat operations.
   A member of the Instructor CADRE for annual Medical Red Flag Course at largest USAF
    Medical Center in Europe for 4 years. Trained over 4,000 physicians, nurses and other
    medical personnel to provide care to conventional and NBC casualties in a field environment.
   NATO Tactical Evaluation Inspector for 2 years. Performed evaluations of medical
    readiness at U.S. and foreign NATO bases. Provided input and corrections to base plans,
    preparedness and response to conventional and NBC attacks.
   United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) Operational Readiness Inspector Team member.
    Performed in-depth inspections of medical and disaster preparedness at USAF bases
    throughout the European theater of operations.
   Senior Medical Technician for the Germany-based Flying Ambulance Surgical/Trauma
    (FAST) Team for 3 years. One of only three such Air Force medical teams providing a quick
    reaction medical force to urgent causality situations throughout the theater of operations.
   Served as Senior Enlisted Manager of Medical Control Centers at four different USAF
    installations. Responsible for coordination of all medical assets during peacetime and
    combat mass casualty situations. Trained members of Control Center team in all duties
    including radio operations, grid map reading and sending/receiving encrypted reports.
   Senior member of facility Medical Readiness Committee; rewrote numerous annexes for
    Base Contingency Support Plans and corrected identified deficiencies.
   Served as an instructor for critical lifesaving courses; Basic/Advanced Cardiac Life Support,
    Emergency Medical Technician Course, and Basic/Advanced Trauma Life Support.
   Certified as a Military Self Aid and Buddy Care Instructor Trainer
   Guest lecturer at various pre-hospital emergency medical-training symposiums.
   Sought by local and state Emergency Medical Services to evaluate advanced practical skills.
   Operations Manager for private ambulance service in San Antonio, TX provided Basic Life
    Support to Mobile Intensive Care service around the clock to the community for 4 years.
   Director of Operations for a company training 4,500 medical professionals each year. Used
    high fidelity human simulation to provide continuing education and training required by
    medical staff to maintain proficiency in both basic and advanced life support.
