Focus in 2nd year of AfA:-

       Maintain attendance of parents who have already participated in parent conversations in 1st year of project .
       Identify and target parents of 2nd cohort who are most likely to attend conversations.
       Two parent conversations, one in Autumn and one in summer?
       Conduct conversations by any means necessary(e.g telephone conversations).
       Select a group of parents who do not respond to invitation to attend conversation and generally do not engage with school for specific engagement strategy.
       Target parents for structured conversation by child’s SEND type.
       LA to work with schools to deploy key workers: Specialist AfA support worker, PSAs, Learning mentors, EMA link workers.
