Importing and Editing Footage
The Advert iMovie project is located here:

            Macintosh HD: Users: Shared: Y2 Advert

You should now:

   – Preview the different clips in the main window
   – Edit clips removing sections you do not want in your advert
   – Start dragging and ordering the edited clips in the timeline

Timeline, Transitions and Titles
Now you need to start putting your clips in order, adding transitions
and titles to your advert:

• Drag the clips down to the timeline in the order you want - think
  about timings beforehand

• Use the transitions pane to insert transitions

• Try adding some titles to the start of your advert

Complete your advert. We have been doing the following:

    –   Clips in timeline
    –   Titles added to clips
    –   Effects added to clips (use sparingly)
    –   Audio added to timeline (mp3s, voice over, extract audio)
    –   Transitions added between clips
    –   Photos/splash page imported


Keep the advert structure in place: Clips -> Splash Page
