					                                                           INDIVIDUAL TRAVELLER
                                                                    PROGRAMME
                                                                           INFORMATION GUIDE

The International SOS Individual Traveller Programme (ITP) is designed for individuals that travel regularly and
provides members with access to a range of medical assistance services provided by International SOS. This
includes emergency medical evacuation to the nearest medical facility where appropriate care can be provided
and the use of International SOS Clinics. International SOS's primary responsibility will be to provide 24-hour
medical support services to members.


1.   24-HOUR HOTLINE & MEDICAL ADVICE
     International SOS multi-lingual co-ordinators are available at International SOS Alarm Centres 24 hours a
     day to assist members while in-house International SOS Doctors provide medical advice over the telephone
     for routine to serious medical conditions. Current Alarm Centre locations include Australia, China, France,
     India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea,
     Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam.

2.   MEDICAL REFERRALS
     International SOS will provide medical referrals to pre-approved medical service providers like dentists,
     specialists and hospitals should the member require such attention while overseas.

3.   ARRANGEMENT OF APPOINTMENT WITH DOCTORS
     International SOS will assist the Member to arrange appointments with general practitioners, dentists, or
     specialist doctors. International SOS will not be responsible nor pay for any consultation fees or other
     costs incurred by the Member when consulting with doctors referred by International SOS.

4.   DELIVERY OF ESSENTIAL MEDICINE
     International SOS will arrange to deliver to the Member essential medicine or drugs when such medicine or
     drugs or local equivalent are not available at the Member's location. International SOS will not pay the
     cost of such drugs or medicine and any delivery cost thereof.

5.   ACCESS TO INTERNATIONAL SOS CLINICS
     ITP members will have access to services available at the International SOS Clinics subject to terms and
     conditions at each Clinic. Current Clinic locations include Azerbaijan, Cambodia, China, Congo,
     Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia and Vietnam.

6.   EMERGENCY MEDICAL EVACUATION : UNLIMITED COVER
     When a member is critically ill or injured while travelling and the surrounding medical facilities are
     inadequate, International SOS will organise an emergency medical evacuation to the nearest, most
     appropriate medical facility or return him/her to his/her Usual Country of Residence.

     Evacuation will be carried out using appropriate transportation means, which could include chartered or
     commercial aircraft. If necessary, the patient will be escorted by the appropriate medical personnel using
     mobile medical equipment.
     All costs related to the above will be covered under this unlimited benefit.

7.   REPATRIATION TO HOME COUNTRY OR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE
     International SOS will arrange transport of the patient to his/her home or Usual Country of Residence,
     following medical evacuation and also provide the medical escort team and mobile medical equipment, if
     necessary, to accompany the patient on his/her journey.
     All costs related to the above will be covered under this unlimited benefit.

8.   HOSPITAL ADMITTANCE DEPOSIT
     Where required, International SOS will guarantee hospital admittance deposit to ensure that treatment is
     not delayed if the patient is without immediate funds for such expenses. The member is to reimburse to
     International SOS this deposit within 45 days of the date of the hospital admission.
     This is subject to a limit of up to US$2,500.

9.   ADDITIONAL TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES
     Where additional accommodation or travel expenses are necessarily and unavoidably incurred by the
     Member, as a result of an emergency medical evacuation, and the member is unable to resume the course of
     his/her trip and/or return to his/her Usual Country of Residence, International SOS will arrange to cover the
     above mentioned expenses.
     This is subject to a limit of US$1,000 and a sub-limit of US$250 per day.

10. COMPASSIONATE VISIT
     If the member is travelling alone and is to be hospitalised for more than seven days outside the Usual
     Country of Residence, International SOS will arrange to fly a family member or friend to be with the
     patient. This is at the recommendation of the International SOS Doctor.
     The cost of an economy class return airfare will be provided.

11. RETURN OF MINOR CHILD
     International SOS will organise the return home for dependants of the member who are minors if they are
     left unsupervised as a result of the member’s accident or illness while aboard.
     International SOS will cover up to the cost of one economy class one-way airfare.

12. REPATRIATION OF MORTAL REMAINS : UNLIMITED COVER
     In the event of death, International SOS will arrange to repatriate the mortal remains of the member back
     home and assist with funeral expenses.
     All costs associated with the above will be covered under this unlimited benefit.


NOTES:
1.   Please note that the overall maximum limit for Benefits 8, 9, 10 and 11 combined is US $10,000 per
     member per incident. This amount does not include Emergency Medical Evacuation / Repatriation
     expenses, which are unlimited.

2.   The Individual Traveller Programme provides full evacuation cover whenever members travel, regardless of
     the number of trips, so long as each trip does not exceed 90 days.

3.   All benefits are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Individual Traveller Programme.
