This Representation System Preference Test is a quick test to determine your own internal repr
system - how you represent the world using your senses.



Everyday we interact and build relationships with everyone we meet. Have you ever wondered
that we just 'click' with some people and with others we just don't? Or why we, ourselves, thin
in a certain way? It all comes down to our own internal representation system.

We use the following senses when processing information:

What   we   see                 Visual Modality (V)
What   we   hear                Auditory Modality (A)
What   we   smell               Olfactory
What   we   sense / feel        Kinaesthetic Modality (K)
What   we   taste               Gustatory
What   we   tell others         Auditory Digital (AD)



We use our Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic Modalities most often when making sense of our

This test will assist you in discovering your own primary representational system, and the first
representational component in your strategies. Your first answer is usually the most appropriat

V - Visual

People who are visual often stand or sit with their hands and/or bodies erect, with t
