                                INDEMNITY BOND


This Indemnity is made on this the 25th day of August, 2014 by Shri Anil Kapoor
S/o Late Asish Kapoor by occupation Service residing at “Voltash House”, Flat 458-
C, Fourth Floor, 145/1 Nariman Point Mumbai – 458 545 hereinafter called the
indemnified in favour of Mumbai Telephones (B.S.N.L.) hereinafter called the BSNL
under the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned.

Whereas the indemnified was the subscriber of a Telephone being No. -----------
working at the above mentioned address and the said Telephone already
surrendered before the Telephone Authority, and at the time of installation, a sum
of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) deposited in the Telephone Office as
Security Deposit, and the deposit slip has been lost from my custody.

And whereas I intend to take refund of the said Security Deposit from the
concerned Telephone Authority, and I do hereby Indemnify that in future if any
dispute arise over the said refund of security deposit, I shall be fully liable for the
same.
