To Whom It May Concern:

Arnold Air Society (AAS) is a professional, honorary, non-profit service organization that
advocates the support of aerospace power. AAS consists of over 3,000 members in 149
squadrons throughout the nation. The Steven M. Scherp Squadron of AAS consists of highly
motivated Air Force ROTC cadets from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. AAS promotes
numerous opportunities to its members, including professional development, community service,
interactive training, and leadership opportunities.

Once a year, AAS hosts the National Conclaves (NATCON) to determine and revise the policies
of AAS, as well as conduct business on the national level. A large part of the conclaves are the
proposals to hold the following year’s national headquarters. This spring, nine cadets from the
Steven M. Scherp Squadron will be running for AAS National Headquarters. If we are
successful at NATCON, we will lead the entire society for one year.

An undertaking of this magnitude imposes tremendous logistical challenges on our proposed
staff. Because we are representing our squadron, university, and the entire Prescott Community,
we cannot be successful without the support of our local businesses. Our goal is to raise over
$20,000 in order to successfully operate AAS National Headquarters. We ask for your help as
we continue to mold and shape the nations youth and future Air Force Officers—your support is
greatly appreciated.

Again, thank you for your time, consideration, and support!

                                              Very Respectfully,

                                              JUN KO, C/Brig Gen, AAS
                                              National Commander
