This site will take you to the US Foods / AT&T Employee “Get Started” Website.

To sign-up for New Service with AT&T follow these steps:
1. Click the Create a new AT&T account radio button.
2. Enter your zip code where you will be using the phone the most.
3. Click the Continue button.

To Transfer existing phone number to AT&T follow these steps:
1. Click the Create a new AT&T account radio button.
2. Enter your zip code where you will be using the phone the most.
3. Click the box next to Transfer my existing number to a new account.
4. Click the Continue button.

To Enroll existing AT&T Service into the program follow these steps:
1. Click the Create a new AT&T account or register for discounts button and enter Zip Code.
2. Click the Continue button.
3. Choose Discount Registration found at the top of the page
4. Click Online Validation button then follow the steps listed on the next page.
5. Once you have enrolled you will receive an email confirmation at your email address.
    Please keep in mind this may take up to 2 billing cycles to be added to your account.

What types of voice & data plans are eligible for the monthly service discount?
     Currently a voice plan of $34.99 or higher qualifies for the monthly service discount (excluding
     unlimited voice plans) and all data plans $50 or higher (excluding unlimited data plans) are eligible
     for the discount.
What types of voice and data plans are not eligible for the monthly service discount?
     At this time, the Unlimited voice plans, Unlimited data plans and the Unity plans are not eligible to
     receive the discount. However, it is still beneficial to enroll because you may have a data plan that
     qualifies. Text Messaging is not eligible for the monthly discount. $9.99 add a line service plans are not
     eligible for the discount only the primary line is considered eligible in this case.
Where do I find my discount on my bill?
     To find your discount on your bill please look under Credits, Adjustments & Other Charges and you will
     see your credit adjacent National Account Discount.
Do I need a corporate email address to enroll in the program?
     No you do not have to have a corporate email address to enroll in the discount program however
     you will need a working/valid email address to enroll online (yahoo, gmail etc).
Do I need to be the account holder to receive the discount?
      Yes you must be the Account Holder to be eligible to receive the discount.
Are Family Plans eligible for the monthly service discount?
     Yes! The discount is applied to the Primary line (if eligible) for the voice portion and all lines will
     receive a discount on the eligible Data portion if they are using a SMART phone like iPhone,
     BlackBerry, etc.
Are my home wireline services (DSL, Home Phone, UVerse) eligible for the monthly service discount?
     At this time only AT&T eligible mobility plans can recieve the monthly service discount.
Will I be required to sign a new Agreement to enroll in the Program?
     You will not be required to sign a new Agreement to enroll unless your current wireless Agreement has
     expired. If your current Agreement has expired and you choose to enroll, you may also upgrade your
     device with the lowest price with an Agreement. If you are currently under an Agreement and it has
     not expired – enrolling in the discount will not extend your current agreement. If you decide to enroll
     and not upgrade at the same time you will still keep your upgrade status and will be able to upgrade
     at the lowest price with an Agreement at a later date.
 Are iPad plans eligible?
     iPads are eligible if enrolled under a DataConnect Enterprise plan ($40 and/or $60 plans are eligible).
     iPads on a Prepaid Data plan do not qualify ($14.99 or $25, you are not eligible for the discount
     because they have already been discounted). To convert your current prepaid plan to this program
     call customer care at 800 331 0500, or visit your nearest store (att.com/find-a-store).
