This site will take you to the PetSmart / AT&T Employee “Get Started” Website.

To sign-up for New Service with AT&T follow these steps:
1. Click the Create a new AT&T account radio button.
2. Enter your zip code where you will be using the phone the most.
3. Click the Continue button.

To Transfer existing phone number to AT&T follow these steps:
1. Click the Create a new AT&T account radio button.
2. Enter your zip code where you will be using the phone the most.
3. Click the box next to Transfer my existing number to a new account.
4. Click the Continue button.

To   Enroll existing AT&T Service into the program follow these steps:
1.   Click the Create a new AT&T account or register for discounts button and enter Zip Code.
2.   Click the Continue button.
3.   Choose Discount Registration found at the top of the page
4.   Click Online Validation button then follow the steps listed on the next page.
5.   Once you have enrolled you will receive an email confirmation at your email address. Please keep in
     mind this may take up to 2 billing cycles to be added to your account.

 W hat types of voice & data plans are eligible for the monthly service discount?

      Cur r ently a voice plan of $ 3 4 .9 9 or higher qualifies for the monthly ser vice discount and all data plans
      $ 5 0 and higher ar e eligible for the discount (i.e. BlackBer r y Per sonal/ Enter pr ise/ Tether ing/ Bundles,
      iPhone Per sonal/ Enter pr ise, PDA Per sonal/ Enter pr ise/ Tether ing/ Bundles, DataConnect
      2 0 0 M B/ 5 GB).
      Featur es (text messaging, voicemail etc) ar e not eligible for the discount.


W hat types of voice plans are not eligible for the monthly service discount?
      At this time, the Unlimited calling plans and the Unity plans ar e not eligible to r eceive the discount.
      However , it is still beneficial to enr oll because you may have a data plan that qualifies. Text M essaging is
      not eligible for the monthly discount. $ 9 .9 9 add a line ser vice plans ar e not eligible for the discount only
      the pr imar y line is consider ed eligible in this case.


W here do I find my discount on my bill?
      To find your discount on your bill please look under Cr edits, Adjustments & Other Char ges and you will
      see your cr edit adjacent to National Account Discount.


Do I need to be the account holder to receive the discount?
       Yes you must be the account holder to apply the discount to your account.


Are Family Plans eligible for the monthly service discount?
      Yes! The discount is applied to the Pr imar y line for the voice por tion and all lines will r eceive a discount
      on the eligible Data por tion if they ar e using a SM ART phone like iPhone, BlackBer r y, etc.


Are my home wireline services (DSL, Home Phone, UVerse) eligible for the monthly service discount?
      At this time only wir eless ser vice fr om AT& T ar e eligible for the monthly ser vice discount.


W ill I be required to sign a new Agreement to enroll in the Program?
      You will not be r equir ed to sign a new Agr eement to enr oll unless your cur r ent wir eless Agr eement has
      expir ed. If your cur r ent Agr eement has expir ed and you choose to enr oll, you may also upgr ade your
      device with the lowest pr ice with an Agr eement. If you ar e cur r ently under an Agr eement and it has not
      expir ed – enr olling in the discount will not extend your cur r ent agr eement. If you decide to enr oll and not
      upgr ade at the same time you will still keep your upgr ade status and will be able to upgr ade at the lowest
      pr ice with an Agr eement at a later date.


Are iPhone plans eligible?
      All iPhone 3 G/ 3 GS/ 4 plans are eligible. At this time, iPhone 2 G plans ar e not eligible to r eceive the
      discount.


Are iPad plans eligible?
      iPads ar e eligible if enrolled under a DataConnect Enterprise plan ($ 4 0 and/ or $ 6 0 plans are eligible).
      iPads on a Pr epaid Data plan do not qualify ($ 1 4 .9 9 or $ 2 5 , you ar e not eligible for the discount
