Urban League Young Professional Goals
The Urban League Young Professionals established goals to help align
with our affiliate organization empower our due paying members and
meet the needs of the communities we serve. It is our desire that the
ULYP Members be an active part of the process as we work towards
completing these goals. Our 2010 – 2011 Goals state ULYP will:

        Contribute at least 2,000 hours of community service to our
         community, at least 25% of service is dedicated to the Affiliate
        Raise at least $5,000 for Affiliate
        Register 300 new voters

Thank you again for all your hard work, enthusiasm, and energy in

Wrapping Party (Dec. 22nd).

Ms. C is a single mother of two boys, Ms. C is going back to school to make sure that she
and her boys have a better life. Ms.C had to move back with her mother due to hard
times. She hopes to have a job and a place of her own by Christmas. The family needs

can to better herself but she is struggling financially. She is a single mom trying to make
ends meet but it is hard because she works for a Temp Agency and goes to school while
dealing with financial aid to get into certain programs in the health field. Her father
usually buys the kids Christmas gifts but he died this year of cancer. Now she has no one.
She needs help this year to give her kids a Christmas.
