Background
Always Interactive is a Sunshine Coast Company established in 2002 to meet the growing demand for Email
Marketing Services within Australia. In 2004 we expanded into web development and built a small but efficient
team that care for clients such as;

Every Website built in ICEBERG comes with and is already configured to take advantage of the latest security
technologies to protect your customer’s transactions. When going live with your online shop, you don’t need to
worry about your SSL certificate. Once your customer’s purchases from you, the system will utilize the secure URL
that comes with every site to ensure credit card details and other sensitive information is protected using
Secure Socket Layers technology.


Server Quality
ICEBERG has 3 data centers situated around the world. In North America and Australasia it utilizes Primus
Telecom (NASDAQ: PRTL) data centers. In Europe it utilizes NTT Communications (NYSE: NTT) [see appendix 1.0,

Case Study – Eumundi Markets.
The Problem - Eumundi Markets
Eumundi Markets was long due for a new website. The major problem we faced was being able to enable over
300 stall operators to log on and update their own stall-holder information. We needed a system that would
enable stall-holders to add photos, add stall descriptions and update their profiles online. We also had to
categorise each stall-holder’s information to make it easier for the end user to navigate and find different stalls.

Another aspect was developing interactivity within the website to allow users to interact and control their
experience being able to share stall-holder information over social networks. Eumundi Markets wanted their
website to be fresh, always changing and up to date with things like latest news, upcoming events and
employment positions. So the website was a resource for everything Eumundi Markets.

Along with the technical front-end development Eumundi Markets wanted their website to resemble the look
and feel of 'being at the markets' but at the same time a high-end retail aesthetic


The Challenge
The solution was to develop the website entirely in our ICEBERG system. We created a database of stall-holders
and allowed them access to control their information through easy to use web-forms online. we categorized
each stall into 4 main sections and then sub-categorized them and we created a large drop down menu that
is accessible and quick to navigate. We also added a search feature so users can quickly find any stall.

The ICEBERG system also lets the Eumundi Markets administrator easily upload new information, news, events
and even job vacancies. We also added a high level of social media integration enabling users to share stall-
holder information across Facebook, Blogs, email and almost any other social network.

In the design process we utilized the fig tree that is renowned for Eumundi Markets and is present in their logo.
We created a silhouette that depicts the atmosphere and massive fig trees. The bright blue and clouds
resemble the beautiful and bright days people often experience at Eumundi. We also developed a Adobe
Flash interactive animation for the home page that lets user browse through the markets as if they were there.

Case Study – Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast.
The Challenge
The client needed to take their brochure site and transform it into a marketing/promotions tool with the
capacity to take bookings whilst acting as an information hub to local businesses. The website needed to
demonstrate the services provided including; serviced offices, high speed fibre connections, consulting
support, investment readiness and networking for growth businesses.

Two main points had to be considered, the target market being small to medium business and the Innovation
Centre needing to be seen as a place to develop innovative ideas. The Innovation Centre also required an
online marketing strategy to create a strong online presence with a modern yet corporate feel.

The administration section needed to be simple and flexible, as part of the strategy for the website, required
content to be changing almost daily.


The Solution

Always Interactive worked with eight other organisations to complete the project. Our task was to integrate the
brand and designs seamlessly into ICEBERG.

The client can now manage all their online marketing through one central system.

Internal board rooms can be booked for use through a tenant portal and events can be managed through a
bookings module. All the website copy and content is easily updatable and now the Innovation Centre
website looks and feels like a professional and innovative centre of growth and knowledge.

Case Study – Schoolzine Pty Ltd.
The Challenge
Schoolzine needed an online business that gave multiple schools across the country individual secure login
zones to upload content and manage sensitive databases of parents for distribution of their E-newsletters. The
client needed a system that could allow school liaisons with very little computer skills to upload and edit school
newsletter content.


The Solution
Usability was designed with a 55-year-old teacher aide in mind. The dashboard was built introducing a step-by-
step process that enabled upload, proofing and amending content very easy.

Schools can now manage their communications with parents in a secure online environment. Documents can
be uploaded to the dashboard by Schoolzine staff and be seen immediately across all secure zones.
Schoolzine can now produce 40 page newsletters in less than 2 hours containing unlimited text, video and
images.

1.0 ICEBERG Data Centre Overview
Overview
ICEBERG has 3 data centers situated around the world. In North America and Australasia it utilizes Primus
Telecom (NASDAQ: PRTL) data centers. In Europe it utilizes NTT Communications (NYSE: NTT). These data centers
are some of the best on offer within the hosting industry. They offer high bandwidth internet connectivity,
redundant power supplies, multi-layers of security, fire protection services and dedicated professionals 24x7 - all
aimed at maintaining the integrity and performance of customers' needs.


Equipment Overview
ICEBERG manages its own hardware infrastructure within each data center. Only brand server equipment such
as HP, Dell and Super Micro are used by ICEBERG. ICEBERG uses the Watchguard Firebox for firewall protection.


SLAs & Backups
ICEBERG adheres to strict service level agreements and other procedures to protect customer data. These are

2.0 About the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
The PCI DSS, a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security, was
developed by the founding payment brands of the PCI Security Standards Council, including American
Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide and Visa Inc. Inc. International, to
help facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis.
The PCI DSS is a multifaceted security standard that includes requirements for security management, policies,
procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. This comprehensive
standard is intended to help organizations proactively protect customer account data.
The PCI Security Standards Council will enhance the PCI DSS as needed to ensure that the standard includes
any new or modified requirements necessary to mitigate emerging payment security risks, while continuing to
foster wide-scale adoption.
Ongoing development of the standard will provide for feedback from the Advisory Board and other
participating organizations. All key stakeholders are encouraged to provide input, during the creation and
review of proposed additions or modifications to the PCI DSS.
The core of the PCI DSS is a group of principles and accompanying requirements, around which the specific
elements of the DSS are organized:


Build and Maintain a Secure Network
Requirement 1: Install and maintain a firewall configuration to protect cardholder data
Requirement 2: Do not use vendor-supplied defaults for system passwords and other security parameter
