					                                   Token Registration
This document answers the following questions:

Why do we have these tokens?
What do I do with them?

Right now you need the tokens to access Sungard for Disaster Recovery.

 Changes are being made to improve the Disaster Recovery process.

 ACS technicians will stop traveling to D/R sites for exercises.

 If an actual disaster event occurs, ACS technicians may not be able to travel.

o People from all locations will be called upon to participate in a major recovery.

 Enhanced security is required for remote access, which includes D/R access.

 The connectivity provided by the new solution is more reliable than the current methods
        used by ACS.

Later you will need the token for any VPN or other remote access to ACS sites.

 This is already starting with some customers and will be more common as time goes by.

The token must be activated before it can be used.

When it is delivered to you, your Secure ID Token is disabled.

To enable it, send an email from your ACS email account to RSATOKENS@acs-inc.com.

Include in the email:

     Your name

 The serial number of the token (engraved in a rectangular box on the back of the token)

When you receive the reply to your email, the token will be enabled and you can then register it.

Registering the Token:

Along with the reply to the email you will be provided information about registering the token
through VPN and your Username. Write down your Username as you will need it, along with the
token to gain access. You may follow those registration instructions through VPN, but if you will
use it for accessing Sungard for Disaster Recovery, it is recommended that you follow these
instructions below.

Registering the token means getting a PIN#. When you log on to Sungard you will be prompted
for your Username which was listed in the email reply, your PIN#, and the token code. The token
code is the six-digit number on the token display that changes every minute.

                                                                                   PAGE 1
You only need to register your token and get your PIN# one time. Either the method in the email
reply using a VPN or the instructions below, using the new D/R TN3270 software, will work.

These instructions also get you a copy of the new TN3270 emulation software that you will be
required to use for D/R.

You are getting an evaluation copy good for 30 days because the permanent license code
will be sent by separate email. When you get the permanent license code you just install
the code. You don’t have to reinstall the software. The instructions for obtaining the
permanent code are found at the end of this document.

Why do I need new TN3270 software?

The new TN3270 software is required for D/R use. Your D/R Coordinator will let you know if
your specific D/R will be using the new connectivity during the exercise planning process.

The new software is secure. It uses SSL technology to encrypt all traffic.

 Part or all of the path to the D/R site at Sungard is over the open Internet. This means
the data has to be encrypted.

 Since we are using the Internet, that means the software can be used from the office,
from home, from a hotel, from a library, or any other place with Internet connectivity.

 The software will pass through most firewalls, including all of the ACS firewalls, and will
work with or without a VPN.

 This means that you can use a VPN from home to get access to Peregrine, email,
Sametime, and restricted systems and at the same time connect to Sungard for D/R.

The new software is the current release and since ACS purchased the upgrade and maintenance
coverage it will remain current. You can open problems with the vendor and receive help from
them.

ACS licensed the software so that you can make a copy for your office system, another copy for
use at home, and as many other copies as you need for your own use. You may not share the
software with a co-worker or a non-ACS employee.

When you leave ACS you must destroy all copies of the software and inform ACS in order for the
license to be reused for other employees.

It is expected that you will stop using other emulators like Attachmate Extra!, Rhumba, IBM
Personal Communications, Hummingbird, Host-on-Demand, and others. If the software you use
at D/R is the same as what you use every day, it will make D/R support easier.

                                                                                   PAGE 2
Instructions to Install the SDI TN3270 Plus Software

Installing the License Code

The software as distributed has a 30-day evaluation license. Permanent license codes and their
installation instructions will be sent to individual users as they are ready.

See the last page of this document for instructions on obtaining and installing the
permanent license code.

The software is registered to an individual user. You may install and activate a copy on your
office computer and on your home computer(s) and on a laptop. You may use any of these
copies, but you may not share with another person. If you are using the copy at home then
someone else may not be using the copy on the office computer.

When you leave ACS for any reason, you are expected to uninstall the software from all of its
locations and inform ACS so they know they can reissue the license to another employee.

                                                                                 PAGE 11

Click on TN3270 Plus

The emulator will start and the information box will indicate this is an Evaluation copy.
Click Continue and try the software. There should be four sessions setup for you.

Pre-configured Sessions

The SUNGARD session is for disaster recovery. Do not change or delete it as it matches the
server at Sungard in Philadelphia. It is set to a model 2 3278 session with extended attributes
and must stay that way.

The other sessions are there for you to use in your day-to-day work. You may change them as
needed to match your keyboard, color, and screen model size preferences.

The Dallas-SSL session is for use from home for a secure connection to the Dallas Data Center.
You will not need a VPN with this session, but can use one if you want. Pittsburgh and other data
center employees may use this session as a replacement for Host-on-Demand.

The Dallas session is for office use in the Dallas Data Center where you do not need a secure
connection. It can also be used with a VPN from outside the Data Center.

The Pittsburgh session is for office use in the Pittsburgh Data Center where you do not need a
secure connection. It can also be used with a VPN from outside the Data Center.

You can add as many sessions as you want and you can restart the same session many times if
you want multiple sessions with the same location.

Replace your current emulator with TN3270 Plus

It is expected that you will start to use this new emulator for all your TN3270 needs. It was
chosen for ease of use, high security, and to meet all current needs. ACS also purchased the
support and upgrade package so we can download the new releases as they are available.
Problems with the software can be reported to the vendor for correction.

This software includes support for secure telnet service using SSL. That means that for TN3270
use you don’t need to activate a VPN. From home you could have a session to Pittsburgh and
one to Dallas without having to swap between them.

This software can replace Attachmate Extra!, Hummingbird, Reflections, IBM Personal
Communications (PCOM), and Host on Demand (HOD).

When the Network for Remote Disaster Recovery (NRDS) communications system at Sungard
was activated in April 2006, this is the only software configured to work with it.

You have successfully installed your TN3270 Plus software and registered your token.

You can now use your token and the software for D/Rs. You can use your software for your
everyday work. To install your software on other machines just use the procedure above skipping
the token registration parts.

Instructions for accessing the D/R system, utilizing the TN3270 software
and your registered token will be provided by the D/R Coordinator before
each exercise.

How do I obtain and install a permanent license code for the new TN3270

TN3270 Plus Software License Employee Agreement

I understand that ACS is supplying me with the SDI TN3270 Plus software only to facilitate my
work at ACS.

I may make as many copies of the software as I need to accomplish that work.

I may install the software on my office computer and on my home computer(s) and other
computers under my control.

I will be the only user of the software I have installed. I will not share the software with other ACS
employees or non-ACS employees.

When I terminate employment at ACS, no longer need the software for my job, or at ACS’
request, I will uninstall all copies I have made and notify ACS so the license assigned to me may
be reused by another employee.

By accepting the software license code and sending this email to Gail Wilmoth, I agree to the
terms above.
