These events would just not be possible without all of this help.
Thank you to all the parents who brought in cakes for the cake sale too.
You are always so generous, and these all sold out!
As you will have seen, the entries were wonderful and we were all very impressed with the real effort
children put into their designs. Congratulations to the winners:

SUMMER FETE – SUNDAY 8th JULY 12pm – 4pm
This is the main fundraising event of the EPSA calendar but also a great day out so please ask all
your friends and family to come along and join us for a great afternoon.
£ FOR £ Do you work in a bank or financial institution? It is likely to offer ‘£ for £’ funding. This is a
scheme whereby the participating company matches the money raised on the stall that you work on... all you
have to do is fill in a form and help out for a while on one of the stalls. Some companies need a couple of
weeks to put this in motion so please contact your employers asap.
BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP You may own or work for a company with a community awareness policy. It
would be great if you could ask your company for sponsorship of our fete or you may be able to suggest a
company that may be able to offer us some assistance and we will contact them.
BROCHURE We will be producing an A5 Summer Fete Brochure again this year so if you, or anyone you
know, would like to advertise in it the costs are £30 for a half page and £50 for a full page. Please
forward a .JPEG of your image to email@example.com and send your cheque made payable to EPSA to
the school office. Final deadline for advertisements is Friday 15 th June.
RAFFLE DONATIONS If you would like to donate any items or cash for the raffle please make sure that
they are handed into the school office, for the attention of the EPSA.
VOLUNTEERING Your class reps will now know what stalls they are running so please put aside some time
on the day to help out. Also we are always looking for people who can volunteer on the day: to help set up,
clear up or do some face-painting, tattoos etc. Whatever your forte, please let your EPSA rep know and we
will put it to good use!
