People go to bars to have drinks and no drinks are good for health. This is well known to all like
cigarettes but still drinks are regular to some people. These drinks contains high calorie that increases
body fats and other diseases. People are not advised to avoid drinks here but to take those drinks that
contain low calories. Low calorie cocktails are healthy as well as tasty. So why don’t take tasty and
healthy drinks!

After spending a busy week generally service holders try to sped a free relaxing weekend. Most of them
visit bars to have drinks with friends. But that relaxing hours can become a disaster for their diet. High
calorie cocktails can do that. It should be kept in mind that low calorie cocktails are good for health. So
there must be a little bit of planning to spend the weekend to maintain healthy life.

For example, low calorie alcohol or low calorie bears can be taken instead of high calorie cocktails.

With simple comparison it will be clear to you. We all know that desserts make us fat. But for drinks, we
do not count calories in it. Alcoholic drinks carry more calories than double cheese beef burger. 7
calories reside in 1 gram of alcohol. On the contrary 4 calories reside in 1 gram of protein.

Calories increased in the cocktails. That is why low calorie cocktails are to be chosen. 6 ounce of orange
juice contains 84 calories. But whenever it is mixed with a shot of alcohol to make a screw driver then
the calorie becomes double that of the orange. In that case these types of cocktails should be avoided
and select low calorie cocktails like Skinny Piña Colada, White Sangria, Low-cal john Daly, Cotton Candy,
Creamsicle, Pomtini, and Skinny Girl Margarita.

Skinny Piña Colada

One of the low calorie cocktails is skinny pina colada. This contains coconut water. Where, regular pina
colada contains coconut cream with a little amount of pineapple juice.

White Sangria

White sangria is another low calorie cocktail. In this calories are decreased by using lemons instead of
using alcohols.

Low calorie cocktails will help you to avoid unwanted diseases and let you to maintain your shape. If you
take 200 calorie meals daily then it would be best for you. But to maintain this amount of calorie daily is
