Abstract    The service oriented applications workflow faces several environmental
            and organizational changes over times. One of the main challenges in
            facing the enhancement of the workflow is to adapt Service connectivity.
            The adaptation of the workflow of dynamic services should consider the
            Quality of Service (QoS) criteria to optimize the enhancement process of
            the workflow. To cope with these challenges, a Service Oriented Workflow
            Enhancement Blueprint (SOWEB) is present in this paper. In this proposed
            Blueprint, the service connectivity and utility have been measured based on
            QoS (response time and throughput) to adapt the workflow of services.
            Upon receiving these results, the workflow of services is rearranging using
            minimum-cut and maximum-flow algorithms to provide an enhancement
            workflow. Finally, we illustrate the usage of the Blueprint and its prototype
            using a simulation case study obtained from a banking system with
            reporting and discussing the experimental results.
