Our Mussels, Seafood & Dock-Landed Fresh Fish are supplied by Fowlers of York and are
accredited by the Marine Stewardship Council. Mussels are all rope grown, never from
frozen and are hand cleaned in our kitchen. All shellfish in our kitchen is from
sustainable and responsibly sourced suppliers. Always ecologically fished.

All of our Steaks are reared in Yorkshire & Aged for a minimum of 30 days.
Our supplier has six generations of experience producing the finest cattle
for the best flavour and texture. We will cook all cuts to your requirements
but “WELL DONE” will affect taste, texture & size. We only use R&J Master
Butchers in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
