Instructions for completing this template for requesting new resource IDs

This tab contains a list of allowable TNAMES (representing scheduling points) for use when creating the intertie resource ID

Intertie Resources (to Add) Tab:
Use this tab to provide the components that will make up the intertie resource IDs being requested.

The naming convention for intertie Resource IDs in the Master File is the following:
SCID_TNAME_RES TYPE_ENERGY TYPE_SC DEFINED ALPHA NUMERIC FIELD
Example: SCID_MEAD5MSCHD_I_F_DEAL12


SCID                  Registered Scheduling Coordinator Identifier that will be used for the resource id
TNAME                 Derived from existing TSIN names with some changes. Each TNAME maps to a scheduling point. Select the TNAME from the
                      drop down list that represents the desired intertie scheduling point.
Resource Type         'I' or 'E', designates whether the Resource ID will be used for Importing or Exporting
Energy Type           Designates specific energy type that will apply to the Resource ID. Choices are Firm (F), Non-Firm (NF), Unit Contingent (UC)
                      and Wheel (WHL)
SC Defined Alpha      Up to 6 character Alphanumeric defined by SC to help uniquely identify intertie resource ID.
Numeric Field
Minimum Hourly        The maximum number of consecutive hours that an intertie may be designated to be dispatched as a block. A block limit may be
Block Limit           submitted in the bid that is equal to or less than the Minimum Hourly Block value registered in the Master File. For example if the
                      Registered Minimum Hourly Block Limit is 8 hours then the quantity specified in the bid for the Block Limit can not exceed 8
                      hours. Default value is set to 24 in Master File.
