Dance Classes Roanoke
Miss Mona's has been a fixture in the Roanoke Valley for half a century ( Dance Studio
Roanoke Virginia ), offering children of all ages the opportunity to grow and study the
arts in a nurturing environment. The students we have served throughout the years gain
from their experience here - not only an understanding and appreciation of the arts, but
a sense of self-esteem, poise, socialization and confidence as well.
Our founder Miss Mona Gevrekian was trained
professionally in New York, along with her
daughters and son. Upon relocating to
Virginia, she began her studio - a family
tradition that continues to touch many young
lives today. Miss Mona's students and alumni
have created their own individual success
stories ranging from the Broadway stage to
the Miss America runway to television and
motion pictures. Others have gone on to teach
the next generation to love the arts the way
they were taught.
