Berry Pudding 2 ½ cups water ½ cup Splenda 1 banana 4 scoops vanilla or strawberry powder 1 cup strawberries 3 teaspoons cornstarch 2 cups raspberries Boil 1 cup of water on medium. Cut the fruit while the water is heating, and then add the pieces to the water for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, leave the burner on medium and put the water and fruit into a blender. Pour the blended ingredients back onto the stove and add the Splenda. Heat until the mixture comes to a bowl. Mix ½ cup of water and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. Add the water and cornstarch to the stove once the fruit mixture begins to boil. Boil the combined ingredients for 1 minute until thick. Remove pudding from stove and place into 4 cups. Allow the mixture to cool for 15 minutes before placing the cups into the fridge for several hours. Eat once the mixture has a jelly consistency.
