You must be sure that the company you’re considering is honest and has the ability to profitably market the size and style of your cabin in the location you have chosen. How can you determine this? First, check their reputation. Check with the Better Business Bureau and with the local Chamber of Commerce to see how many and what type of complaints have been filed against them. Then, when you choose a company to interview, demand several comparables to your proposed cabin to justify their estimate.
