WEDDING VIDEO SERVICES CONTRACT
This agreement is made this day, _________ 2012 by and between: George A. Larkins, d.b.a,
Signal Video Services hereinafter called Videographer and (ADD Contact Information)

Videographer agrees to provide WEDDING VIDEO SERVICES on ______________________.
______ $495.00 (4 hours) 2 camera ceremony, Title Open/Close.
______ $745.00 (6 hours) 2 camera ceremony, Title Open/Close.
______ $895.00 (8 hours) 2 camera ceremony, Title Open/Close.
______ $195.00 Standard. (up to 60 minutes.) Transitions, Animations & Music Choice.
______ $295.00 Deluxe. (60 to 120+ minutes.) Above plus: Invite Scroll and Hi-Lights.
FREE $100.00 HD Bluray. 2 HD Bluray Disc’s. Recommended.
_____ $50.00 Photo Intro. Up to 20 growing up and dating photos.
_____ $50.00 On-Line Hosting. Hi-Lights with stock music to share on social media.
_____ $120.00 Additional Hours. Per Hour over 8 Hours.
All packages shall receive (3) SD DVD’s of wedding video and (1) SD DVD of Raw Footage. Video shall be completed in
a reasonable timeframe. (Standard 4 – 6 weeks.) Not responsible for equipment failure or damages beyond fees of
service. Images may be used for promo purpose. Changes requiring re-editing are at Signal Video Services discretion.
Due to DVD sensitivity in scratches or smudges that can cause skipping problems we ask you to review your order within
30 days of receiving product and return any disc that is experiencing problems for replacement. After 30 days DVD
replacement is at Signal Video Services discretion and may incur a copy charge. No still photos provided from video. NSF
Returned check fees will result in additional costs per incurrence. Checks payable to: SIGNAL VIDEO SERVICES.
Deposit $200.00 to hold date. * Balance Due 5 days prior to Wedding Date.
Mail signed contract with deposit to reserve your date. A signed copy will be provided for your
