• Ask individual staff to consider their part in
  the delivery of the service with regard to
  – When do they need to be at work?
  – When do they deliver their best work?
  – What would the people receiving their service
    say if they were asked the same questions?
  – Which members of their team need to be at
    work at the same time as them for best service
    delivery?
                   The Answers
• Ron Mehta feels he needs to be in work from 8.00 to 6.00
  and delivers his best work in the morning. He plans to
  retire in 2005 and is providing management training and
  opportunity for his team leaders as part of his exit strategy.
• Gary Jelks feels that he need to be in work from 9.00 to
  5.00 and delivers his best all day. He needs the members of
  his team to be available during school hours.
• Richard dean feels that he is better later in the day. He does
  not need anybody else in the team to deliver his work but
  welcomes the company and support of his colleagues.

• Arjun Vishram feels that he is better earlier in the day. He
  does not need anybody else in the team to deliver his work
  but welcomes the company and support of his colleagues.
• Alison Seagrave feels that she is better later in the day. She
  does not need anybody else in the team to deliver her work
  but welcomes the company and support of her colleagues.
• Berni Ruddock feels that she is better later in the day. She
  does not need anybody else in the team to deliver her work
  but welcomes the company and support of her colleagues.

• Karen Christmas feels that she is thinner than all. She does

• Ken Ashby has set hours which suits him and the service.
• Bhavna Bhalsod feels that she is better later in the day. She
