1. Please fulfill the RMA Request form above attachments(RMA Request Form) are accomplished as required, must include Model Name, serial number , Date of purchased, failure
symptoms.

2. RMA number will be released only after the attachments (RMA Request Form) are accomplished by viewed. After you will receive an email or fax that gives you an RMA Number
and our Return Shipping Address to ship your returned items.

3. When sending the defective units back to Edge-Core's RMA Centre, please include clearly the RMA no. on this form in the box, and also attach one copy of this form on the
packing box. If the RMA Packages returned without an RMA number it will be refused at Edge-Core sole discretion.
當您寄回維修品時,請您務必將維修單(含授權維修號碼)之副本附於產品內盒及貼在包裝外箱上,在無附上授權維修號碼時本公司可拒絕產品維修服務。

4. The returned product must be received by Edge-Core within 30 days after the RMA number is issued. If the defect product has not been received, Edge-Core will contact you for
sending the returned product or cancel the original RMA number.
產品保固維修服務於授予權維修號碼30工作天內完成。
5. The requested quantity & items and the shipped quantity & items must be the same. Otherwise, a discrepancy note would be submitted from Edge-Core to customer to modify
per what Edge-Core has received.
寄送維修品之數量及產品型號務必與申請單上所載相符,若有差異本公司將會與您連絡並更正。
6. Products must be returned in adequate condition in proper packaging and shipping material (must adhere to ESD safety precautions, if applicable) to avoid damage by delivery.
Edge-Core is not responsible for any damage due to inappropriate packing defects.
請妥善包裝好您的維修品,以免在運送過程中損壞(必要時須ESD防護及標示)。運送期間因包裝瑕疵造成任何損壞,鈺登科技一概不允負責。
7. We will only repair the defective units. Do not include any documents, software, power cords / adapters and other accessories with the defective units. They will not be returned
to you.
我們僅維修產品本體,其餘配件請請自行拆下保留勿送修。若有寄附(除非電源線/電源供應器有故障情況除外),本公司將不會退還給您。

8. Freight charge will be in charge from customer when goods return to Edge-Core, and Edge-Core would take care one way transportation when goods return to customer.

維修品之運費,寄送至本公司維修中心之運費,由客戶負擔;修復完成後返還客戶時,由本公司負擔 。

9. If an RMA is determined to be No Trouble Found (NTF), Edge-Core will request additional information from the customer in an attempt to replicate the observed failure. If no
additional information is available or the observed failure cannot be reproduced, Edge-Core will consider the RMA as NTF and invoice you testing fee at Edge-Core sole discretion.
維修品若不是產品本身的問題,本公司有權請求客戶提供更多產品的應用環境、資訊或複製其應用環境等觀查其損壞徵狀。若無法提供或複製其損壞徵狀之環境,本公司會視情況以NTF案件報
價檢測費用給客戶。
10. Edge-Core does not have the responsibility to repair products that are out of warranty.
超過保固期維修品,本公司不負維修責任。
11. If requested to repair an out of warranty product, Edge-Core will issue an Invoice for the parts and repair fee.
若客戶同意維修超過保固期的產品,本公司將開立維修費用的發票向客戶請款。
