                                       for a Builder Member


This Award is presented to a Sales person that is employed by a CHBA-LR Builder member.
The Sales person must be nominated by their employer.

Judging Criteria:
   1. Customer Satisfaction - Total 30%
      A survey will be sent to the entrant’s clients
      (Client list to be provided by member company)

          a) Accessibility (10%)
          b) After market follow up (10%)
          c) Knowledge of product (10%)

   2. Total Sales Value - Total 30%
          a. Percentage of Sales vs. Budgeted Sales between June 15, 2008 to September 30, 2009
          b. Information to be provided by member company

   3. Community Involvement – Total 20%
          a. Participation in CHBA-LR activities (10%)
          b. Involvement with other organizations (10%)
   4. Professionalism – Total 20%
          a. Attitude (10%)
          b. Attire/Work Space (5%)
                  i. One photo required
          c. Innovative Sales/Marketing Ideas (5%)
                  i. Please provide a list

Submission Requirements:

1. Entrant must be nominated by a CHBA-LR Builder member and must be an employee of a CHBA-LR
   Builder member
2. To be eligible for the Sales Person Award all submission requirements must be followed.
3. Sales MUST represent those generated between June 15, 2008 to September 30, 2009
4. Number of Sales and Budgeted Sales figures to be provided by the CHBA-LR General member company
   The following information to be provided by the Builder member:
       a. Firm Sales Date (must be between June 15, 2008 to September 30, 2009
       b. Sales Amount – refers to price at time of contract signing and must be HOUSE ONLY, Land and
           GST excluded.
       c. Budgeted Sales amount
       d. Homeowner’s name, complete address, phone and email address (if available)

Submission Requirements: (Continued)

5. All information and materials submitted become the property of CHBA-LR and will not be returned. At the
    end of the competition all information and materials will be destroyed unless at the time of submission a
    return is requested in writing.
6. All entrants agree to allow any information contained in their submissions to be exhibitied and/or published
    at the discretion of the CHBA-LR.
7. A survey requesting the above noted criteria will be sent by email to the member company and/or
    entrant after the entry form is received by CHBA-LR.
8. Submit a CD to CHBA-LR with company logo (jpg or eps format) and one Headshot photo of the entrant,
    which will be used for the Awards ceremonies.
9. Entry fee must accompany entry - $150 for each entrant + GST. Payable to CHBA-LR.
10. Deadline for entry: October 16, 2009
