       Description:
           Experiments were conducted in a wind tunnel on savonius rotor having
              two semi-circular blades.
           Experiments were conducted with varying surface roughness and effect
              on efficiency was studied.
           The bearing friction on the rotor was calculated was calculated using a
              D.C. motor.
           A helical rotor was designed in Autocad and was manufactured by rapid
              prototyping machine to get constant torque.

         Description:
           Streamwise vorticity is an important fluid flow parameter. The
              conventional method of measuring the vorticity fields is indirect and
              often time consuming. The results are often inaccurate on account of its
              indirect nature.

        in C++ using EZwindows package for graphics.
