Would your company be interested in saving up to $25,000 while
certifying your employees as Project Management Professionals?
And accomplish this in the convenience of your own location without travel time and costs?

If your company is ready to add or increase the number of globally recognized and demanded
Project Management Professional (PMP) credential holders, don’t miss this opportunity.

The PMP certification demonstrates to employers, clients, and colleagues that a project
manager possesses project management knowledge, experience and the skills to bring projects
to successful completion. As the demand for skilled project managers is at a critically urgent
level, practitioners who hold the PMP credential are well positioned to provide the professional
skills necessary to lead project teams and achieve successful project results.

Project Management Skills, LLC will provide a turnkey 3-day PMP/CAPM Exam Prep Boot Camp
to your business location that includes professionally developed materials, an experienced
instructor, and a 3 month online study access for each student. All of this at a per student cost
that is as low as ¼ the cost for similar courses with travel. This is an excellent program for the
student and a great opportunity for your business.

This course offers a rich, multi-media training experience to students preparing for the PMI
PMP exam. Students receive a student workbook, an exam preparation manual, study flash
cards, a QUICK Reference Guide, 5 audio CD set “Conversations on the PMP Exam,” and six
months of access to website training and testing tools (a $500 VALUE).

Completion of the class earns students 24 - 27 hours towards the PMP certification education
requirement. Developed by Velociteach (velociteach.com) this curriculum is based on the 4th
edition of PMI’s PMBOK and includes the following 17 modules.

What others have said:

In a recent PMP Exam Prep class (June 2011) the attendees were asked to rate the class “On a
scale of 1 -10, how beneficial was this class?” The average of the 15 responders was an
astounding 8.8! Specific written comments included:

“Thought class was very informative and gave great foundation for future studying. Materials
delivered in entertaining way. Lots of real life examples which helps in visualization of real
world application.”

“I don't give out 10 ratings although I would say that this was incredibly beneficial, no doubt.
Great presenter, you know the information and are easy to understand. Well versed and great
examples.”

“I liked the real world examples that made some of the tougher concepts easier to understand.
I also liked the back and forth in class that resulted from the encouragement of students to
share their experiences.”

“Instructor was very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing!”

“Great prep course, covered highlights, you did a great job of keeping it on track and keeping
interest.”

How the pricing model works:
   1. You provide the venue suitable for the number of students in the class e.g. a conference
room for a small group a training room for a larger group.
   2. Project Management Skills, LLC provides all students the identified learning materials
and 3 days of engaging instruction with a well-qualified course instructor.
   3. Class size can be from 6 to 24 students.
   4. Price per student is $997 (6 student minimum charge). Similar 3 day boot camps run
from approximately $1850 to $2350 with some boot camps running as high as $3500.
Travel, lodging, and per diem for offsite training can easily run $1500 per student. For a
class of 10 students this could avoid approximately $28,000 in unnecessary registration
      and travel costs.

Guarantees and risk minimization for the company:

   1. The vast majority of students pass the exam on the first try (exact numbers are never
known, by any provider, because that information is confidential between the student
and PMI). If a student does not pass on the first try, the student can sit through any
future exam prep class by Project Management Skills, LLC, in any city, at no charge. If
the student does not pass on the second try, Project Management Skills, LLC will refund
the student’s tuition. This has never happened to date but it is possible.
   2. The focus and intent is to provide outstanding training and value to the company and to
provide the best opportunity for success of the student.
