									                       Journey to Wellness…
                         …a Luncheon Series
                              Tuesdays, February 14 – March 6
                                    Noon – 1 pm in Julka Hall

      o   Are you struggling to keep your New Year’s Resolutions?
      o   Do you know you need to make lifestyle changes to improve your health,
          but just don’t know where to start?

             You are not alone! Join us starting February 14
                  as we begin a Journey to Wellness.

Care for yourself by enrolling in this new four-session, lunch-and-learn
program designed to help you take those first steps toward wellness. We’ll
explore ways to lose weight, meet work-life balance challenges, boost
energy, and enhance flexibility and strength as you age.

Included in each class is a healthy lunch from Elements Bistro, class
materials, wellness resources and readings. You’ll earn additional wellness
items to support your journey as you progress through the four-session
series. Continue the discussion and exploration with classmates through the
online Blackboard class resources.

Journey to Wellness Program Fee: $199 (Includes lunch, instruction, all
materials and online resources.) Fees for this non-credit program are covered by
Staff Development Benefits for eligible CSU employees.

and Self

  Learn how to make the investment in yourself so that you have more for
  others! Discover how to find opportunities (not excuses) for yourself when
  your life is already full!

Day 4: March 6

Enhancing Flexibility & Strength as You Age: Priceless!

  Find out how to do these simple strategies that can enhance your flexibility
  and strength. No machines or gym memberships required!
