Saturday, 31 October, 2009— FLIGHT SCHOOL DAY 1 at Whitgift School, Surrey 8:15am-9:00am— Flight School Registration 9:00am-5:00pm— Flight School Classes • 3-5 classes run concurrently with the UK and USA’s very best instructional staff! Select the classes that you want to attend based on your needs, skill level, interests, etc. • Many programmes bring several people to split up amongst classes and share information later. • Many programmes bring athletes to attend classes and try the skills they learn on the spot and get help from the staff. A great way to learn how to teach and a great way to pick up new skills! 5:30-8:00 pm— Dinner Reception; Relax and Mingle with friends and staff. Chat about the day, or follow-up on what you missed. Hot buffet, coffee, tea, soft-drinks, wine. *This year’s dinner is not themed— relax with a hot meal and friends before departing Whitgift so you can be fresh the next day! Sunday, 1 November, 2009— FLIGHT SCHOOL DAY 2 at Whitgift School, Surrey 9:00am-5:00pm— Flight School Classes • Just when you think you can’t possibly fit more cheer & dance in your brain… DAY 2 comes along! • Wrap up all the great things you learned with hands-on review time and all the Q&A you need. • Show off your new skills with a Flight School favourite— PERFORMANCE TIME!!! FC Flight School Rates • £145— Flight School Registration; bring 5 participants from the same programme, the 6th person attends FREE! Transportation: • £10— OPTIONAL. FC Shuttles will be running between designated hotels and Whitgift School during morning/evening hours as needed for the standard event schedule. We’re sorry, but we cannot take registrations past this deadline as we must book supplies, staff, and flights by this date. Please plan accordingly! PAYMENTS: • Payments can be made by cheque, credit or debit card. RETURNED CHEQUES Returned checks will incur a £25 processing fee and may result in cancellation of your entry because of missed deadlines. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Cancellations and refund requests will be honored (£25 admin fee per person cancelling) only if the request is in writing (fax, e-mail, or snail mail) AND it is received by the Future Cheer office no later than the Registration Deadline of 2 October, 2009. We will not accept refund requests from individual athletes. All correspondence related to refunds must come via the registered coach or contact person for a team. Future Cheer is not responsible for lost or misdirected correspondence, so please call to confirm receipt of your request. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. Scheduling information and confirmation details will be sent to the contact person listed within the registration pack during the week of 6-10 October, 2009. Please note that registrations are not complete until ALL paperwork, medical releases, and payments have been made. Flight School and the USASF Course are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. This course has been very popular in past so we suggest early registration whenever possible.
