Boot Camps are indoors at various venues during the daytime
and evening for a fee of £3:50 per person per session.

            Bridal Boot Camps are also available.

My Boot Camp could be one of the hardest workout programmes you have ever
done. I will help you reach new limits using a variety of high intensity, explosive
workouts. This Boot Camp will be packed full of plyometric drills on top of
nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, abdominal and core training
moves.

Each of the workouts keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between
aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your max. The result: up to 1,000
calorie burn from each session, a boost in confidence, the belief that nothing
within fitness is impossible and the realisation that you are well on your way to
getting the best toned body you have ever had.

Some experience and ability of exercise such as Jumps, Squats, The Plank, Press-
ups and The C–Sit are preferred but not essential. People from a low level of
fitness to a very high level of fitness will benefit greatly from this workout
programme, as the workouts themselves are designed not to be beaten. All you
need to bring is yourself, a workout mat (for comfort during floor activities), a
large sweat towel, a positive attitude and   the will to change your life.
