This weekend I worked on the report and I have a few questions that I was hoping you could share with 
Mildred.

     •     On the school psychologist chart it says “Special Ed General Fund.” Do the dollars come from the 
           general fund or the special ed fund? 
     •     What is an MH, SEA AHI 1, AHI 2, ED Intern, Behavior NPA (additional staff), Asst. H/I, under 
           additional staff on Staff to Student Ratios chart? 
     •     What is AU Magnet? 
     •     Are there any psychologist interns? 
     •     Which speech pathologists serve preschool and how much of their caseload accounts for 
           preschool students? 
     •     How many students is AAC serving? 
     •     What is the name of the funding source for the Counseling and Wrap funds? 
     •     Can you send me a copy of the one‐on‐one aide policy? 
     •     What type of students are served in the TLC class? 
     •     How many days is your traditional school year? 
     •     Can you provide the ADA for each school site?

Please read the attached FCMAT documents.  I believe all of you have information that will be important 
for the FCMAT team to collect and review.  Bryan and Mildred they obviously want to interview you, and 
Mildred they want to interview several different people in your department.  Please see the attached list 
for who is to be interview.  Loreen will help coordinate a list of when people will be available to be 
interviewed.  Because of the closeness to the end of the year we have slightly reduced the scope of 
work.  I will ask that Bill included the CAC parent leaders as a group to interview, but we are not going to 
do a full blown parent survey at this time.  Mildred would you please ask Lori to contact Loreen about 
times the CAC leaders can meet with the FCMAT review team.
