Biblical Money

									1. The principle of Delayed Gratification. I call it The Father's principle.

John 14 [King James Version (KJV)]

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a
place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I
am, there ye may be also.

Jesus simply told us to wait and hold on till He comes back. While we are waiting, some people will be
living as if this world is all they've got. We should not live like that, we should focus on what we are

And that is Delayed Gratification principle. The principle simply means when you deny yourself of some
enjoyment in the immediate to enjoy it in full in a future time.

This principle helps you to save for your ministry, your future and so on.

Remember, savings is the first step in the temple of wealth. What you save will safe you and what you
keep will keep you.

I always teach that people should save for great days not raining days.

The bible in Proverbs 21:20 [Good News Translation (GNT)] says
"Wise people live in wealth and luxury, but stupid people spend their money as fast as they get it."

Proverbs 21:20[New Living Translation (NLT)] says

"The wise have wealth and luxury, but fools spend whatever they get."

2. The Principle of Money Revelation:

Money does not change you, it only magnifies who you are. If someone is poor and proud;it might not
show until he begins to get rich. The hidden pride will be magnified;so money does not change anyone,
it only reveals who you are.

If you don't trust God, it will show more when you have money.

I do think that Pastors and church leaders trust God more during the month than month beginning and
month ending. The reason is because at the beginning and ending of each month more money comes in
tithe and offerings; hence they might feel they don't need a lot of faith for church projects and work of
the ministry, hence less prayers and seeking of God's face.

But middle of the month, they might need even dry fasting to make some things fast.

Money reveals your faith or unbelief once it comes.

Therefore, brother Paul wrote by The Spirit of God In 1 Timothy 6:17 [King James Version (KJV)]

"Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but
in the living God, who give us richly all things to enjoy."
I will drop my pen here today.
