                               TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
. The land on your name is with you as a security against your investment.
. The lock in period for the development agreement is 36 months, which means you will be
handed over your land with the commited basic infra structure in 36 months.
. If CAPL fails in alloting the commited developed plot in 36 months, then the development
agreement automatically gets canceled and investor will have all the rights to sell or transfer his 6
acres of land to any third party.
. The commited land will be alloted to you in the master plan and may or may not fall in the area
which is owned by you, but will be a part of project Plateau-G.
Both the agreements (Land purchace on your name and the development agreement with CAPL)
will be executed on the same day.
. All the rules and regulations applicable to the township will be mandatory to the investor.
