                      Nano Connector Range
   Super small, light weight and
    versatile, The Series 89 Nano
    connector range offers the ultimate
    in compact design and
    performance.
   Glenair’s Series 89 Nano connector
    range features the high reliability
    TwistPin contact system for added
    performance and reliability.
   The Series 89 range is ideally
    suited for use in down-hole
    electronics, space systems, missile
    systems and avionic enclosures.

                Nano Connector, the Basics
   The Series 89 Nano connector range has a
    contact spacing of 0.025 inches (0.635 mm)
    housed within a metal body.
   Available in a range of shell materials to
    suite the toughest environments:
         -Plated aluminium
         (CAD and Electroless Nickel)
         -Stainless Steel
         -Titanium
   Available in Single or Double row layouts.
   All Glenair Nano’s come fitted with LCP
    insulators as standard.
   Glenair makes commercial versions and is
    also qualified to MIL-DTL-32139

   Captivated hardware used on all of
    the Glenair Nano connector products.
   Hardware: Series 300 stainless steel
   Electrical performance
     –   Current rating 1AMP
     –   Voltage rating (DWV) 300 VAC
         RMS at sea level, 100 VAC RMS
         @ 70,000 feet
   Contact engaging and separation
    source: 2 ounce maximum, 0.5 ounce
    minimum
   Approved for 200 mating cycles
   Operating temp – 55°C to +125°C

   Project specific mixed wire layouts
    and cable assemblies designed to suit
    the customer’s specifications.
   Manufacturing capability in the USA

              891 Straddle Mount Connectors

   The 891 straddle mount Nano
    connector has been designed to
    allow the customer to terminate
    flexi circuits, PCB’s and flexi
    rigid’s to the Nano connector
   Available only in the 891 shell
    style (2 row)
   Tooling program on-going
   Lead time in the region of 14 to 16
    weeks (as of today).
   Consult the factory if an improved
    lead time is required by your
    customer.

 Glenair is fully approved the
  MIL-DTL-32139 standard.
 This specification applies to
  flying lead product only.
 There is no released MIL-DTL-
  32139 specification for PCB
