STEM Project: Conceptual plan for building due 3/25/09. 50% complege design documents for site plans due by 4/3/09.

Replace Fire Alarm System: Results of Feasibility Study due by 6/30/09.

Upgrade Vapor Recovery System: Installation scheduled to be complete by 2/28/09. Need to provide close-out documents to SCAQMD

Renovations to Men's Locker Room: Original contractor unable to complete work due to personal reasons. In process of obtaining new quotes so that work can proceed. Meet with contractors on 2/4/09 and 2/11/09. Requisition for lockers will be provided to Student Services by 2/27/09. Understand that this is a high priority project - trying to obtain the best price so that we can maximize the dollars available.

Renovations to Bldg 300 - ESL Lab:       Final scoping meeting completed 2/17/09. RFP to be issued for design services

Repairs to Bldg. 1550 / Relocate Upward Bound :        Meeting scheduled 3/2/09 to review space needs with Student Services and Instruction.

Construct Block Enclosures - Electrical Substations: Documents should be ready for submittal to DSA by week of 3/2/09. Architect to provide samples of block material for approval. 95% Construction documents received 2/18/09 and are being reviewed by Facilities.

Relocate / Replace Bollard Post - Fire Lane East of Bldg. 200: Waiting on materials. Should be compled by no later than 3/20/09.

Cell Tower: Monthly Rental amount $1,900.00. DRAFT Lease Agreement under review.

Bldg 200 - Scene Shop: 95% construction documents due by 4/6/09.

Bldg. 3000: DSA approval received regarding rehabilitation scope of work 3/5/09. Project currently submitted for funding 12/13 (P/W) and 13/14 (C/E).
As per conversation with Chancellor's Office, can re-submit / revise funding dates if desired. Currently, space has been entered as "unassigned" in inventory so the building does not count towards cap / load ratio's.

Replace Chillers, Boilers & Cooling Towers - LRC: Meeting being set up with AALR to review strategy regarding HGA's responsibility for design issues and manufacturer's responsibility to replace unit under warranty. Mediation with Arrowhead regarding release of retention to be scheduled within 60 days - extension granted by County of Riverside courts.

Renovations to Building 300: Carpet replacement in remaining rooms scheduled for 4/6 - 4/10 (spring break).

Electronic Entrance Marquee Sign: Electrical connections complete as of 3/16/09. AdsLED on site 3/26/09 to complete punch list items, connect wireless and provide training.

Renovations to Bldg. 100 - Enrollment Services / Cashiers: Scoping meeting completed 2/10/09. However, subsequent concerns have been raised by Cashiers which need to be addressed. Meeting with Tom Spillman, Ron Paquette and Jeanne O'Dell to be scheduled to resolve.

Modifications to Bldg. 1800 - District Police: Final (hopefully) meeting scheduled 2/24/09 with Instruction to resolve where faculty and storage items will be relocated so that scoping document and schedule can be prepared.

Annual Preventive Maintenance - High Voltage Electrical Distribution System - ground shield relays need to be replaced and analysis performed on 12kV distribution cable. 4-hour outage scheduled for 4/10/09 to make repairs.

Facilities Condition Analysis - BOT approved contract 2/12/09. VFA, Inc. to have staff on site starting 3/9/09 to start fixed equipment inventory and 3/16/09 to start facilities assessment. Initial assessment to be complete by 4/13/09. Draft report due 4/27/09. Final report / training to be completed 5/25/09.

Renovations to Temecula Education Complex: Currently working on punch list items such as re-keying of computer lab / classrooms doors. Scope of work document for Executive Conference Center being finalized. Need direction regarding Peer Counseling moving into offices on 1st floor and cutting door for Chapman.
