N.B All certificates and qualifications (Coaching Qualifications, Child Protection, Access NI etc) will need
to be shown at the coaching workshop which will be held prior to the commencement of the camps.
Terms and Conditions
1. All Coaches who want to work on a Kellogg’s Summer Camp in Antrim must
complete an Antrim GAA/VHI Cul Camp Application form and return to Ciara Ferry
by Monday, June 4th 2012.
2. Forms can either be returned by email to coaching.games.antrim@gaa.ie or by post
to Ciara Ferry, Antrim Coaching & Games Development Manager, Casement Park,
88-104 Andersonstown Road, Belfast, BT11 9AN.
3. If you do not already have an Access NI Certificate, please complete the Access NI
form attached (or from www.antrimgaagamesdevelopment.ie website under
Club/documents). Return your completed Access NI, three forms of ID (read
instructions on Access NI Form) and your Antrim GAA/VHI Cul Camp Application
form to Ciara Ferry by June 4th.
4. Coaches who want to work in their Club VHI camp only must have a foundation,
child protection and Access NI certificates. It is the responsibility of each Club Cul
Camp Co-ordinator to ensure each coach has the necessary qualifications and
completes and returns a Kellogg’s Cul Camp Application form.
5. A file will be compiled of all coaches looking for Kellogg’s Cul Camp work including
a list of your qualifications and experience. This document will be emailed to all the
Cul Camp Club Coordinators to use if they require staff for their camps.

6. It is compulsory for all Kellogg’s Cul camp coaches (either club only or both) to
attend a Summer Camp Coach Workshop if they have not already done so. Details
are:
Coaches Summer camp workshop: June 25th in Gort na Mona or All Saints
10am to 4pm. Evidence of certificates and qualifications must be provided at
the workshop.
7. This year an Award 1 Child football and hurling course will be available for summer
camp coaches for free. You must have your Foundation football/hurling and child
protection courses completed to avail of this course. The course is 2 days:
Award 1 Child Course: June 26 & 27th in Creggan GAC 9am to 5pm
8. Kellogg’s Camp co-ordinators may use their club coaches first, as long as they
summit their application form, have the necessary qualification and attend a coach’s
workshop.
9. All applicants will be checked regarding Foundation, Child Protection and Access NI
through the Antrim GAA and Ulster GAA Databases prior to commencement.

11. Workshop for Club Kellogg’s co-ordinators will be in O’Donnells on May 29th
from 7-9pm.
