Objective Stress is unavoidable. If stress is really the major cause of health hazards, what should be put at the first priority in our lives? Work regardless of health because of being allured by all kinds of appeals in this materialistic world? Or strike a balance between working and a peaceful life as health indeed is the treasure of priceless worth? This report aims to prove that stress is the major cause of health hazards physically and psychologically. By supporting the statement with all kinds of evidence, it is hoped that people awareness towards careful stress management can be raised.
